The word of the day is “polar vortex,” which has inspired several thousand press accounts obsessing over the frigid weather pattern now freezing much of the nation — along with a call of fraud.
“Right on schedule, the media have to come up with a way to make it sound like this is completely unprecedented, because they’ve got to find a way to attach this to the global warming agenda. And they have. It’s called the polar vortex. The dreaded polar vortex,” Rush Limbaugh told his listeners as vortex lore reached epic proportions on Monday.

I *HOPE* that people are intelligent enough to see that "colder temperatures" < > "warmer climate".
People are dumb. Nearing record levels of "dumb", in fact. But I'm marginally confident that they'll be able to figure out that "Record Breaking Arctic Cold" is not the same thing as "Warmer", and will call the GW kooks out for what they are.

Yes, we have a “dumb vortex” in this country. Look at all the moronic, mindless and desceptive advertising that bombards Americans day and night. The advertisers wouldn’t do it if it didn’t work.

They are also good at organizing and very facile. In my area, they geared up to stop High Voltage Transmission Lines. The proposed route changed away from the previous one, but they had all this organization in place. Instantly, every involved group switched their cause to fracking sand mining. They did not miss a beat.
Not only that: their investigation of the High Voltage Transmission Line placement pointed directly to an EO from zer0 to fast track it. Since “that cannot be right” (sic), their researcher nearly had a nervous breakdown looking for a Walker, Koch, right wing extremist connection. She never found one. She simply stopped discussing it and would only say:”I know it must be Republicans.”
That picture is worth a thousand words but I doubt that anyone will see it shown on any of the liberal media outlets tonight.
They are also good at organizing and very facile.

And the Left is also very good at branding their campaigns and quickly identifying “villians”.
When you don’t spend your time doing anything productive there’s plenty of time and energy to pursure bogus causes and disrupt real progress.

Call it Global Warming or Global Cooling...What difference does it make.....The whole idea is to tax the world!
These major weather events, among other events, are among the reasons the progressives are truly making war on the older generations. We remember Winters that were just as bad and worse. Because we remember they want us to just “die and get out of the way”. We also remember when there was a lot less government and a lot more freedom.
I lived in the burbs of D.C. when we had back to back 15 inch snows within a week. After the second storm only about 6 inches of our chain-link fence was showing and there was a crust thick enough for us kids to walk around on. We were out of school for over a week and had a field-day playing in the snow.
Like anyone’s gonna notice the weather map ...
Some kind of vortex affecting my eyesight. I don’t see a weather map.
Why all the hysteria now?...Agenda.
It helps that they appear to be a Borg. It’s eerie how everyone uses the same talking points and identical expressions.
