Valerie Tarico is one such God-denier. Shes on a fools errand. A steadfast disciple to the unholy trinity of LGBT, atheist and pro-abortion activism, Ms. Tarico proudly sits on the Board of Advocates for Planned Parenthood Americas premier one-stop-death-shop.

She then rattles off a litany of tired claims the pagan left has repeated annually since the year 0001.
The nutshell? Atheism is on the rise, while Christianity is in decline. Queer sexuality is winning, while biblical sexuality is losing, yada, yada and so forth. (Total truth, of course, can be ignored, disobeyed, denied, temporarily repressed or masked, but it can never lose.)
From Hollywood celebs like Cameron Diaz and Angelina Jolie to high school students, skeptics are opening up, she caws, going on to sing the praises of fellow atheists like Alain de Botton, who simply posits the nonexistence of God and then goes on to discuss what humanity can glean from the rubble of religious traditions. (You know, Christian rubble like charity, hospitals, nursing, the Red Cross, the abolition of slavery, the civil rights movement, et. al.)

By demanding an end to rape culture, she adds (whatever that is), todays young women and men are making the Bible writers look as if they were members of a tribal, Iron Age culture in which women were property like livestock and children to be traded, sold and won in battle. Small wonder the culture warriors have ramped up their fight against contraception and abortion. Imagine if, on top of everything else, all women got access to expensive top-tier contraceptives and the power to end ill-conceived childbearing.

Ms Tirico can be confident that the culture warriors will equip themselves with all the contraceptive devices they can get their hands on as soon as they see her coming down the street.
I’ve come to think abortion issue is not about freedom or woman’s right, but about anti-christianity and forcing others to accept their views
The Christ did not let the church loose on the world with the idea of it being the world’s moral police.
It took that job description upon itself. To its dilution and diminution.
The gospel can lick any witch’s power with one hand tied behind its back. It can take anything polluted by sin and restore it to a holy context. It can shove Satan right back to hell. Trouble is, our weak modern Christians have settled for the nice society they got by being the world’s moral police.
God has arranged for this to fail, for excellent reason.
It’s plain old sin.
I Planned Parenthood were nothing but a bunch of commie lesbos, it would be a lot easier to defeat them.
Not that I think they will "bring down Christianity" or even come close.
What time period are you talking about? If you are talking about the inqusitional periods of Europe, the psychopaths infesting the Church at the time were using that smoke screen to rid themselves of critics who threatened to expose the real evil doers running the church itself.
If you are talking about the Hebrews, there was danger that allowing witchcraft would corrupt and seduce the nation into sin, there bye inviting God’s wrath!
Yeah, Val. It’s all fun and games until they actually do isolate a gay gene. When that happens see you outside the clinic, kiddo.
Planned Parenthood: "YOU! YOU'RE DEAD!"
GOD says no... not going to happen satan!
I see her point!
MUSLIMs would have flattened, burned, and salted the remains of Abortion 'clinics' by now!
Are you still killing your unborn? -- GOD |
Revelation 3:16
The OTHER John 3:16!!!
But AMERICA they've done a REAL good job on!
They HAVE killed more of our progeny than ALL of our wars, murders and suicides EVER have!
55,000,000 dead and they LAUGH in our face.
America - a pitiful shell of a nation...
I fear for her. When she returns to dust and feels the fires of hell, then will she will know for certain the devil’s a liar and there is a sovereign G-D. I am not to judge her, that’s above my pay grade, but I can judge her actions and PP (Planned Parenthood) by the fruits they bare.
My take is that self defence is righteous. Thou shall not kill I interpret that to mean thou shall not murder. And murder to mean the planned intent or action to end a life including ones self. I believe murder is a sin and only G-D can end a life. I believe killing to preserve one’s life is not murder. Women have the right to choose abortion if their life is at risk. I would support PP if it only performed abortions under these circumstances. But PP is used to kill innocent lives under the pretext of a woman’s right to choose abortion as a means of contraception. PP is killing human beings like swatting bugs on the wall. I believe they are committing murder. I believe they have probably killed at least one future president. If I support their actions, then I am committing murder as well. And by her support, she is also guilty.
This lady acts likes she wants to play the game of life with only her boundaries and rules. She’s probability too wise to see G-D has surrounded her with his works or why crap always runs downhill or why she doesn’t float off into space.
I believe G-D created the playing field, set the boundaries, gave us rules, and instructions on how to play this game of life. He gave us a goal of everlasting life and is watching his children at play. This is G-D’s plan and he knows the final score.
This is my story and I’m sticking to it. Please don’t flame me.
Whoops. I meant probably, not probability.
Sounds like she's talking about the current rap music ethos, not Christianity.
Which, ma’am, does not equate to “failing to be the world’s moral police.” That’s talking about the spiritual “temperature” within the bounds of that church.
I guess caring enough to be moral police is more than nothing, but it’s far less than mounting an aggressive gospel assault on Satan with the radical salvation of sinners (not society!) in mind. So a church in such a state might BE the lukewarm church you have in mind. Christ would be happier with a church that believed nothing!
Well you should watch out for sticking to a story that won’t be completely written until the day she dies. God may find you a liar and then what?
A most excellent post. I think it strikes on something very important.
Thanks, I will. I think G-D knows my heart and my intentions are not to lie. But if I have sinned, I will ask for his forgiveness. As a Christian, I believe the blood of Jesus Christ is sufficient to wash away any sin of his believers. I have accepted his promise of grace and as such I hold to that hope.
That’s my story and I’m still sticking to it.
