A quaint tourist town in Washington State has become divided over a coffee stand run by scantily clad bikini-wearing baristas.
At the center of the dispute is Meghan Calavan, owner of the Sips Ahoy coffee stand, and a female resident of Anacortes who accused Calavan of making offensive comments about her weight.
The argument between the two women has caught the attention of local authorities, has compelled members of the community to engage in fist fights and has threatened the survival of the popular sailor-themed bikini barista stand.
The feud first began on Facebook when Jesseka Kathleen Cladek posted on the Sips Ahoy page that the business was a “run down whore house.”
Meghan Calavan’s father, Kelly defended his daughter’s honor and came to the coffee stand’s defense.
He wrote that Cladek was “a huge fat b—- that no one would want to see in a bikini.”
The elder Calavan added, “She is just jealous of you beautiful fine lady’s!!.She looks like a fat pugsly Addams!!! [sic].”
Meghan Calavan also joined the argument on the company’s page. She posted that Cladek was “just jealous cause she’s fat and ugly and always will be. She’s gross lol look at her pictures. Her arms are the size of my thigh lollololol”

uncalled for but if you don’t like it, don’t participate and don’t buy their stuff. Problem solved.

Don’t like it, don’t go there...free market is a wonderful thing. I personally would go there, provided the coffee was good (unapologetic heterosexual male here).
Getting into a fight with a customer on your company facebook page (the one you are supposed to use for marketing to bring in customers) is overwhelmingly stupid.
Those little sailor outfits are cute though.

How, how, how did I know that the cow lodging the complaint here would be fat, nasty, or, otherwise unpleasant to look at or be around.
How did I already know that?
Is this a situation where a fat slob complained about nice looking women, and was told to STFU? With the fat slob then claiming victim status.
Let’s just say I don’t share your opinion of lip piercings.
Police can now tell people to remove Facebook comments. Does this help ensure officers get home safe at the end of their shifts?

Actually, I think this is more likely to be a case of a good looking woman with more boobs than brains misidentifying her actual customer base and then pissing them off.
I suspect women are more likely to buy $4.00 coffees as well as to have FB pages than men.
This is a business 101 lesson on how NOT to use a FB business marketing page.
