It's all the owner's fault ... cause he failed to post the proper signs!

"his call was misclassified because the operator did not understand he was saying in his frantic call"
Your gov't is just not that into you.

Tell them “officer down!” and when they get there insist “WHAT DIFFERENCE DOES IT MAKE AT THIS PARTICULAR POINT IN TIME ANYHOW?”
It’s about the only news that will get them there in 5 minutes flat.

perfect reason why we must have arms.
In NYC the police would sooner give tickets
for BS infractions of some inane laws rather
than take on real crime —and boy, you’re gonna
see the crime rate soar with Comrade DiBlasio in office.

I assume they had someone’s pet dogs that needed killin’. Or fresh product comin out soon at the Krispy Kreme.

... the operator did not understand he was saying in his frantic call that he had shot one of the robbers If the 'operator' had 'understood' then they police would be there more quickly? What the hell for? To make sure the perpetrator has a chance at life? To further protect the perpetrator from the evil, gun-bearing store owner?
This is just plain disgusting.

Response time for 911 call: 74 minutes
Response time for .357 Magnum: 14,200 feet per second

“the operator did not understand” This is what happens when you outsource your call-center to India.

A nice hot load for a .357 out of a four-inch barrel would be 1420 feet per second...not 14,200 fps.

It’s the manager’s fault. If he gave free coffee and donuts to officers the robbers wouldn’t have been able to find a parking spot.

Oh, yeah. I guess I was thinking of the space shuttle.

So just what was this shooting classified as?
That owner could have been dead for more then hour.
I bet the operator just gets time off with pay for making a oopsie.
To: Texas Eagle
Your response time for the 357 is off by a factor of 10...

the operator did not understand This is what happens when you outsource your call-center to India. But think of the cost savings. Cities have to operate on a tight budget these days. So many pensions to pay.
