Fourteen people were injured, six critically, early Wednesday morning after an explosion caused a major fire at a grocery store and apartment building in the bustling Cedar-Riverside neighborhood in south Minneapolis.
Minneapolis Fire Chief John Fruetel said they do not know yet if all the residents are accounted for. Some made it out on their own into the subzero temperatures, but others had to be rescued with ladders.
Mohamed Cheikhabdi, head of the Somali Advocate Justice Center, said that family members have reported that three individuals living in the apartments are not in the hospital and have not been accounted for. They are worried that they may have died in the fire, he said.
Asked if anyone had been found inside, Fruetel said water was still being poured on the building and firefighters have not yet been able to enter. Fire investigators are on the scene, and city inspectors are assessing the structural integrity of the building, he said.
Police are interviewing victims at the hospital.

Amazing coincidences?
That area is what I call little somolia. It has two of the largest (and ugliest) public housing buildings in it. Minnesota imported this problem.
One of the dangers of home schooling jihadis, I guess.
Possibly some of the residents were in the bomb-building mode, and had a little mishap? It will be interesting to see how this plays out, and as to what is actually reported through the MSM.
Strange sentence.........
If his legs are not out there with the rest. Then yes they where blown off inside.

EXPLOSION AT MINNESOTA GROCER AND MOSQUE 13 injured (Video)

May want to check Somalia for th ‘unaccounted for’.
I would suspect the Minneapolis incident was probably caused by somebody improperly using a kerosene heater, no doubt with another large container of kerosene “stored” nearby, or possibly by somebody cleaning something with gasoline, commonly used in the Third World for laundry and cleaning purposes.
We had a big explosion not far away from me which everybody first thought was a meth lab blowing up, but it turned out that the young man who lived there and was blown up in the explosion was actually just cleaning auto parts with gasoline and the fumes ignited. He was probably stoned at the time, which didn’t help, of course, but it was simply one of those things that happens when you get gasoline fumes into a small space and something sets them off.
So my first choice would simply be Third World cleaning or heating procedures...but on the other hand, you could be right and it could be that they were dumb enough think they could make a bomb and ship it to Somalia or use it here in the US to take out some rival Somali group.
Well, it is the new year and this probably was a traditional Mooselum weight loss Resolutuon ..... suicide bombing.
Down town minneapolis is walking distance from this area. The mall of america is a quick light rail ride... if they where planing some sort of attack this would be a good area to launch it from. Lots of friendlies around to keep an eye out for cops while building your bomb.
Fixed it.
The fire was so hot that it’s STILL too hot to enter the building. And this was supposedly just apartments with a small grocery on the bottom floor. Everyone still isn’t accounted for which means a few people could have been blown up when the assembly process was botched.
Wassamatta? You don’t like really tall buildings with multi-colored windows?
;-)
They are worried that they may have died in the fire, he said.
Probably at work
those are not windows ;)
The ones still missing are the ones that where closest to the bomb.
You have found your guilty parties.
Meanwhile, a big yawn from the media.
Muzzzies! Never a dull moment!
Testing suicide vests?
