PINAL COUNTY - An illegal immigrant is arrested in Pinal County and it's discovered he had gained access to Davis-Monthan Air Force Base.
On Thursday, Dec. 26, at 7 p.m., a Pinal County Sheriff's deputy stopped a 2006 Ford Expedition westbound on Interstate 10 near milepost 180 for a traffic violation. The driver of the vehicle identified himself, using an Arizona Identification Card, as 37-year old Armando Villalobos of Phoenix. The deputy did a routine license and warrant check. Villalobos returned with a "No License" status and a felony warrant for his arrest out of Texas. The warrant showed he should have five tattoos and provided a description for them. The deputy, while trying to confirm Villalobos was the suspect wanted for the warrant, asked to see his tattoos. Villalobos told the deputy he didn't have any tattoos and then became very nervous.
After a brief conversation, Villalobos admitted that he was in the United States illegally and his name was really Mario Bustamante. He was arrested by the deputy. Bustamante was taken to the U.S. Border Patrol station in Casa Grande and his identity was confirmed as 37-year old Bustamante of Mexico.
A PCSO Property Crime detective responded and took over the investigation. Bustamante told the detective he currently works for "Briston Construction" out of Mesa. The company was contracted by Davis-Monthan Air Force Base to complete work. Bustamante had obtained a "security clearance" through the military to work on the base under the name of "Armando Villalobos." He said that he obtained the Arizona Identification Card, a Social Security Card, a Bank Card and his vehicle registration all using the fake name of "Armando Villalobos" because he was in the United States illegally from Mexico and didn't want to get caught.

Ahhh don’t they file their taxes using those fake SS numbers in which they get those refunds which belong to someone else? The person they stole the SS number from? That is how they remember all the numbers they use....
Lot of stories out there where folks refund has been stolen because someone stole their SS# and then filed taxes. The thief gets the refund while the victim has to go through red tape to prove who they are and that their SS# was stolen and almost impossible to get a new SS #....
Hmm. It also appears the one he stole the identity of should not have had access to D-M either, given the arrest warrant from Texas.

This was 20 plus years ago, but my former business partner was using 26 social security numbers. (A private detective found this out.) That was so that interest on his accounts would not show up on his taxes and give away how much money he had stolen.

How many crimes are committed under those stolen/fake identities? If amnesty passes it is clear many criminals will be handed citizenship on a silver platter with no strings attached if open border/pro amnesty people get their way.
The felony warrant in Texas should have caused him to fail even a simple background check. He may have passed the background check and the warrant was issued afterward, but rechecks should be happening- especially for work on military facilities. We really need to wake up, background checks need to be thorough for work on military property- next time it could be a terrorist getting clearance...
This not the first time this has happened at D-M. Fort Huachuca has had similar incidents.

The father of Chicago Alderman Ricardo Munoz has pleaded guilty to charges in connection with a fake I.D. ring.
Elias Munoz was arrested during a raid in April of 2007 at the Little Village Discount Mall. He is the owner of Nuevo Foto Munoz.
Prosecutors say he took pictures that were used to make fake driver’s licenses, Social Security cards and resident alien cards.
On Tuesday, Munoz admitted he knew the photos were being used for illegal purposes. He’ll be sentenced September 24 and could face up to five years in prison.

That “forging” will get an American citizen penalized up to 250,000 and five years for a fake SS card. If Illegals wants the same “rights”, jail their rears and fine them, then deport. Anyone who is here illegally and not complied with laws, tax fraud, SS fraud, ID theft, ID fraud, Selective Service avoidance (law requires illegals to comply), will NEVER be eligible for American citizenship nor benefits. Legal Immigrants are deported for felony convictions. The ones that haven’t committed the above offenses, should only be allowed a VISA, renewed yearly only if they OBEY ALL LAWS, no fraud/false ID’s, and no working under the table, must PAY INCOME TAXES and all applicable taxes. They can live as Legal Residents and American citizens do and be criminally and civilly liable as all American citizens and Legal Residents/Legal Immigrants are. No get-out-of-jail free cards or blatant violation of the Equal Protection Clause for Illegal Immigrants. They either can live with being yearly-renewable-Visa Residents or go back to their home country. Period. I’m sick of this pandering to a criminal crowd, particular ethnicity or skin pigment.

We all know when they lived in the shadows, they had to forge documents, forge (and steal) Social Security numbers, et cetera. I just don't see how, when you've lived here 10 years, and you've had many different identities, many different numbers, you're going to remember them all," said Schumer.
Led by Schumer, the Senate Judiciary committee voted 8 to 10 on a party-line vote to defeat Sen Grassley's courageous effort to protect Americans.
