I do not own the rights to this video, the guys voice is not mine. This happened a block from me the cop is now suspended and the woman suffered a broken nose and some other facial injuries

Spoken like a true stormtrooper. What department do you work for, officer? Do you get an erection after beating someone off-camera? Have the 'roids been good for you? Just curious, ya know!
“That is true. It is also a tremendous injustice. Unless you are cool with the abuse of personal power to attenuate a hurt butt.”
I meant: That is true. It is also a tremendous injustice. Unless you are cool with the abuse of OFFICIAL power to attenuate a hurt butt.
Too many Freepers think that is justification enough for a beat down. I just don’t get it.
Some do even on camera...
I think I’ll call that one “Officer Chubb and Officer Chubby”...
My response to officer chubby would be:
“get that fing rifle barrel out of my face”.
The fat one seems to be eyeing up the Dunkin’ Donuts in the front seat.
Chivalry has become an endangered commodity, I can say that much. That’s one reason why gentlemen could stay gentle under trying circumstances. Not that she should have gotten away scot free for doing what she did, but it’s like the heart has gone out of things (and anyhow the courts are there to decide how to punish people, if at all).
Quite often I ask when reading about something like this, where are the tasers? They were tailor made for this. Taser her down if that must be done, while that could result in some scrapes it is generally superior to a beatdown.
Naah, it’s Officer Chubb (the one with the erection) menacing the driver. Officer Chubby is eyeing the doughnuts in the front seat, and is holding his weapon pointed in a safe direction.
I don’t but I have had a lot of cops for friends through the years.
I had an employee that mouthed off when arrested for DUI and they not only beat the crap out of him, which I’m sure he fully deserved, buy they moved him from station every 71 hours without booking him.
After 2 weeks I had a Sheriff friend of mine find him.
You are correct sir. Officer chub has his “gun” pointed at the driver, and his weapon as well.
I stand corrected.
Thank you Sir!
Obviously, the driver was being detained for failure to maintain a 10 o’clock-2 o’clock hand position on the steering wheel. Or, fatass smelled the creme filled’s a block away and called for a pull over. Must be a saturated fats law being broken, somewhere.
*shrug* Police work is exciting...
Glad to see you admit to knowing of, and seem quite proud to know, several abuses of power took place and you seem to be OK with it.
Revealed truths are always jewels.
Good to know.

My reply was because I didn't understand your point about justification until I read it over again a couple of times.
The police say their action was justified because she hurt the officer by digging her nails into his hand and wrist, not taking into account the speed that she was slammed to the pavement which easily could have snapped her wrist, arm or even her neck.
I looked at the enlarged video again at that point, and she goes from standing up to face down in a half second. That's what broke her nose. I'm surprised that she was not injured more seriously.
As for the cops, they could wear gloves while making an arrest, since someone who has been drinking is pretty likely to resist. It says he wasn't sure if the pain he felt was her nails so he acted to stop her. . .what did he think it was, that she pulled a switchblade on him while he had hold of her wrists trying to cuff her?
Nice try. Yeah, I knew you couldn’t answer the question but I asked it anyway just for grins. I wonder what the cop-suckers would say if that were their 70 year old Mother, Sister, Wife or Grandmother being face slammed into the pavement like that....they would probably change their tune real fast.
Clearly, the cop lost it. He reacted as a child, without restraint. Very unprofessional and with malicious intent. I would have expected his superiors would excuse his actions. If not because they, too, have or would react in a similar manner or because they feel the need to back their gang in a show of loyalty.
Ha! Check out that fat ass jack boot slob over on the passenger’s side with his little Kraut beanie fixed up at just the right ‘cool’ gestapo angle! A ‘man’ to be idolized by all cop suckers!!! Oh wolllfieeeeeee, wolllfieeeeee......
Fights can turn on quick events, just to be fair. What if you picked up a cat and it sunk its claws into you, would you gently put it down or throw it across the room? Thanks to modern medicine and modern nutrition some of these grannies can be pretty dangerous.
One-off events like this are worth some concern, but you really need to look at more, before drawing any great generalities. I’d wonder about why not tasers, but unless they are going to cover everyone with a taser that might not prove practical either. Some sort of triage has to be performed on these incidents or else you get known as the boy who cried wolf.
Maybe he should have shoved a pillow in her face.
I know, maybe this is a bit of levity. There are so many factors. I’d think a group of such events would be a better subject of study and recommendations.
Fat slob jackboot: “DOG PARTNER!!!!.........waste ‘im in the backseat or let him out and run”? Little dick steroid tough guy with the rifle: “Let ‘im out, let ‘im run....moving targets are always more fun plus it is an extra star on our locker doors for a mover”........
