If I'm ever on a jury that's considering any kind of “hate crime” charge I'll vote “not guilty” on that charge..regardless of how despicable was the crime that brought rise to that charge.Nobody has the right to physically harm another except in cases of self defense.That includes white people assaulting blacks,normal people assaulting perverts...and so on.So if the evidence justifies it I'll vote guilty on any assault,attempted murder,etc charges but not guilty on the hate crime charge.
