PASADENA >> In a Tournament of Roses first, two Los Angeles men will celebrate their gay marriage on a Rose Parade float as it goes down Colorado Boulevard on New Year’s Day.
The wedding of Danny Leclair, 45, and Aubrey Loots, 42, will take place atop a giant wedding cake-shaped float sponsored by the AIDS Healthcare Foundation, according to a press release. It is the third float sponsored by the foundation.

Every New Year’s Day, a group of us SoCal mountain bike riders get together for a ride. I’ve missed it for various reasons the past few years and found myself sitting on my rear end watching the parade.
This year, I will be riding with some good buds, enjoying the views and scenery God has given us to enjoy while this event occurs..
As to the future of this event in my household?
It will now become history as I will not ever tune in again...
I wonder what Stephanie Edwards will say about this?
I have gay friends and they've never, and I mean never, pushed this kind of sh*t on me!
I am real quiet, I won’t be tuning in to the Rose Bowl or Parade.

I saw these two “men” in another news article. They said they’d been together for 12 years now they finally could “get married” to show their love.
Now what I want to know is will the media show their gay divorce which I promise you will happen is the next 6 months? In fact will there be a “Gay Divorce” float in one of these parades? The media is not reporting that the majority of these people are getting divorced within a year of not months of getting “married”.
I want to see a “Gay Divorce” float next time!
