McDonald’s has agreed to pay $50,000 to settle a lawsuit that claimed it discriminated against a Muslim employee in Fresno who wasn’t allowed to grow a beard.
The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission says the settlement was reached Thursday with McDonald’s Restaurants of California.
According to the suit, Shaheed Khan was a crew trainer at a Fresno McDonald’s in 2005 when he asked to wear a beard to work, citing religious beliefs. He quit after the request was refused.

When I first heard of Mrs. Kroc’s support of liberal causes I ceased being a customer. On those rare occasions now when I visit a fast food franchise only Culver’s gets my business.
So if a Mormon employee refuses to serve coffee and McDonald disagrees, the Mormon can walk away with 50 thousand?

So, if a Christian refuses to work at McDonald’s on Sundays citing religious ‘beliefs’ and gets fired, do they get 50K too? This Muslim ass-kissing is really getting out of hand. And to think, 9/11/01 was a just a little more than 12 years ago. Unfrickin’ real!
