So rednecks need to be politically correct now?
Wait, before the National Association of Rednecked Persons attacks me, let me be clear that I don’t mean “redneck” as an insult. Indeed, Redneck Pride has been on the rise ever since Jeff Foxworthy got rich informing people they “might be a redneck.”
Redneck reality shows have been all the rage: “Rocket City Rednecks,” ‘‘Hillbilly Handfishin’ ” and, of course, “Swamp People.” But the gold standard is “Duck Dynasty,” which follows the Robertsons, a family that struck it rich selling duck calls. It’s like a real-life version of “The Beverly Hillbillies.” All of the men look like they stepped out of the Hatfield-McCoy conflict to smoke a corncob pipe.
What all of these reality shows have in common is their shock value. And guess what? Sometimes the shock is manufactured. If the cameras weren’t on, the silicone life forms on the various “Real Housewives” shows probably wouldn’t be throwing wine in each other’s faces as much as they do.
But here’s a twist. Phil Robertson (who — shhh! — has a master’s degree from Louisiana Tech) gave an interview to GQ in which he said that, as a Christian, he has problems with homosexuality. He got a bit too detailed with his anatomical analysis. But his real sin was calling homosexuality a sin comparable with bestiality.
In response, A&E suspended him from the reality show about his own family. Which should give you a sense of how real this reality show is. If it’s about the family, some producer in New York can’t decide who’s in or out of the family. If NBC News decided it simply didn’t like the Republican Party anymore...

He refers to God as the deity, Weasel can't bring himself to say God.
He wants to leave room for himself to assume the role.
He used the term “morph out”. It isn’t comparing, it’s saying the Dam Broke and everything else is fair game.
Just like Gay Marriage. If it’s fine and dandy, so is Polygamous Marriage and Incestuous Marriage. Love conquers all you know.
When the whole Gay Marriage thing exploded, I saw a Website where the supporters were saying, those darn Homophobes are saying it’s the same as Polygamy, but they’re wrong. It’s OK when two people love each other. Even the supporters can’t see the forest for the trees.
Liberal hypocrisy knows no bounds.
In his dissent from Lawrence vs Texas, Justice Antonin Scalia spelled out where the decision would lead -- gay marriage, for sure, with polygamy, bestiality and pedophilia not far behind.
That’s what happens when you take your finger out of the Dyke.

Hey guys! Did you hear the good news? “Cracker Barrel” was inundated by various communications of fit-to-be-tied, angry consumers and have just issued an apology. AND they have returned all Duck Dynasty merchandise to their restaurants!
So often, our side is left angry and frustrated. However small the victory, we have a positive result! Successes like these can fill conservatives’ sails and inspire others to go into battle against the fascists PC groups. We must never, never give up!

I agree that the Cracker Barrel reversal is a win for us, but I’m afraid it won’t be an instant win for them. They made a huge mistake, siding with the radical homo lobby. That won’t soon be forgotten by many people who were recently loyal customers of theirs.
I would bet you are right.
