those opposed to the new policy were vocal about their feelings.
“They called, they emailed, they sent letters,” Davis said.
And withdrew their financial support.
Choices were made by all parties................

We stopped buying Girl Scout cookies years ago. I’m thinking it’s been at least five or six years, possibly more.

Yup. Going halfway to homosexuality didn’t work out for BSA.
Regarding the scouts, BSA should have insisted that the “sexual orientation” of minors is not a matter for the organization.

Parents don’t want their boys in tents with homos? Wow - never saw that coming.

I resigned as a BSA merit badge counselor. I'll sign up with Trail Life when they get organized around here.

You posted the wrong link, but I posted to that other thread earlier. I saw this thing coming 15 years ago when Raytheon bought out Texas Instruments. The were one of the first companies to start pushing the Gay Agenda - now it's infected most of corporate America.
Our CEO has swallowed the whole pickle, so to speak ...

When the homosexuals start getting arrested and sued for raping the boys/young men will those that have stayed continue to support it?

My son stayed in since he had just a few months left and is trying to complete his Eagle. I stopped donating, and instead donated to the church that sponsored his troop.
To: GeronL
Oh so true! I also tend to think that the BSA is taking an incremental approach to allowing homosexual adult leaders.
Which I do believe has always been part of the plan.

I won’t buy anymore mainly because of the price. Eleven bucks for a 15 ounce bag (or something like that) I’ll buy Fiddle-Faddle cheaper than that.

The more the merrier. I attended the Trail Life convention in Nashville. It was an amazing thing. The program is better than the BSA program. You’ll like it.
