So what’s the plan for the current impeachment?
LMN, if you’re lurking...I’m thinking of a certain bathroom encounter. :-)
One thing I have wondered about the Clinton impeachment and trial, why didn’t they bring up China-gate or other scandals, instead of putting all their bets on the Lewinsky episode?

Hopefully, we will see another pic on the WH grounds before 2016, all the DEms standing behind their latest impeached PRES__ent to the nation.. standing tall for high crimes and misdemeanors. It’s their nature to rebel, after all.. and then castigate anyone who doesn’t see things their way.
Kudos and a salute to all those who were there leading the charge.

Why did so few in CONGRE$$ refuse to go and review the documents and evidence that was stored in a locked room in the basement of the COB building. The info was available for any representative or senator to view, if they so chose to do so.. out of duty , not to cover their own sorry arses.
Only a couple did.. When you condone lawlessness at the highest levels of gubamint, you have effectively doomed us all to a decline that over time will consume all of us.
We stood tall and loud, and we are still standing and shouting.. The more things change the more they stay the same.. :)

I disagree—Bill Clinton is and will always be the impeached president of the USA.
The fact that the Senate did not vote to convict him is not our fault.

So you think Cornyn will be the ‘heir apparent’? Wasn’t Cornyn the guy who lavished praise about Nancy Pelosi some years back? He went on and on about how sweet and wonderful and thoughtful she was. I was distressing and disgusting that he didn’t know any better. A noodle for a spine, that man. Maybe he’s learned the truth by now.
The word was out that our Rino congressit, who had lost his re election attempt was not going to vote for Impeachment.
Several small groups, apparently, made personal call on his office to inform his local secretary if he didn’t vote for Impeachment, he might consider moving to avoid us after he was out of congress. Because a lot of people wanted to discuss on a one to one basis, to why he didn’t vote for Impeachment.
He voted for Impeachment, and later we found out that he didn’t even live here. A true Rino in his actions, not what he lied to us about.
He’s in full bit the lip mode. At least it’s his own lip.
