Quinn and Rose are off the air, (temporarily, I hope!) Gone, but DEFINITELY not forgotten! Meanwhile, our friendly group of dedicated FReeper Q&R fans will meet in our usual spot - same time, same station - as we always have! Onoz! What happened?? I LOVE listening to those guys when I’m in Pittsburgh. I even went to one of their events one time.
They were fired supposedly because terms of their contract could not be hammered out. It could have been salary but more than likely it was that Cleaar Channel wants WPGB to become a sports station. Some reports claim CC wanted to move Q&R to a lower power AM station. Presumably Rush and Hannity would also move there.
Then there are the conspiracy theories but I won’t go into that.
Basically we have to wait and see what shakes out.

So the attack to destroy Duck Dynasty and the Robertsons has been ramped up.
Sides are being taken. Sarah has already checked in standing with the Robertsons.
I can’t help but think the same forces were behind the Q&R travesty. It’s an assault on American values.
The DD incident is going to leave a mark on the left.

I Am Second is a half hour video of the Robertsons telling their story. It is the good, the bad and the ugly and not for the faint of heart.
I haven’t had a chance to watch the entire video but what I have seen is amazing.
Oh how I wish we could hear Rose going off on what is happening to DD!

I thought of Rose too!!! So much going on and they are not on the air! Good for Sarah for weighing in on the Robertson’s behalf!
Signed the petition and even went on Facebook to like the messages and pages supporting Phil.

I just watched the entire video and I admit I shed a few tears. What a beautiful testimonial! God is using this family as a witness. Wow! God bless them all.

I believe Rush has an option in all of his affiliate contracts which allows him to move his show to a station with higher power/better coverage if one becomes available.
I believe this clause allowed him to move from KQV to KDKA way back when. If he ended up on 970 it would not be for long.
If I were the Robertson Family I’d walk off the show in protest and allow A&E to eat those warehouses full of crappy Duck Dynasty souvenirs they’re sitting on.
Am here.. the past four days I have had terrible leg cramps and little sleep because of ‘em. However, after a dear friend said rice pack.. it dawned on one that was the answer. Boom, I got right up went straight to the rice pack.. it was still there.. popped it in the microwave.. applied it to my leg and relief started.. Oh, what pain I had been in and for so long... all because I didn’t remember the rice pack.
I slept in this morning... Do you ever catch up with the sleep you missed?
