Who Tops Cruz in Early Iowa 2016 Poll?
dailycaller.com ^ | 12/16/2013 | Alexis Levinson

Wisconsin Rep. Paul Ryan is the most popular of the would-be 2016 Republican contenders among Iowa Republicans, handily outstripping his potential competition in the state that holds the first nominating contest every four years, according to a new poll.

...

Texas Sen. Ted Cruz, on the other hand, sits at the bottom of the pack. Just 46 percent of Iowa Republicans say they have a favorable view of him, compared to 17 percent who hold an unfavorably view. Despite frequent trips to the state in recent months, he is still not well known to many Republicans: 37 percent still say they are unsure of what they think of Cruz.

Cruz is tied with another Senate Republican: Florida Sen. Marco Rubio, who is also viewed favorably by just 46 percent of Iowa Republicans. 15 percent say they view him unfavorably. Rubio’s role in crafting a comprehensive immigration reform bill in the Senate earlier this year has been cited as a mark against him by some Iowa Republicans.

Rand Paul and Ted Cruz will be duking it out for the nomination. Either one OK with me. Ryan is a lightweight he will fade early especially after he follows Boehner off the cliff in his amnesty misadventure next year.

How about this above?
Ryan at top of GOP poll and Cruz at bottom of it.
The past Ryan fans created a monster,
'The (great) Ryan plan' LOL

Cobert who I normally don't watch did a segment on this

He first ripped this budget deal for a averting another well needed shutdown
At the end of it he holds up the 2012 picture of Paul Ryan making that muscle and says:
I cant believe I hung this poster of Paul Ryan on the ceiling of my dream closet. Its time for a new 2016 fantasy candidate”

Then he takes the Paul Ryan picture and pasts Ted Cruz's picture over Paul Ryan's face and says :
Oh Ted Cruz, Oh Ted Cruz, you will never betray me”

Bipartisan Budget Agreement Congress reaches an agreement on the budget, but they missed an opportunity for a more fiscally-conservative plan. (04:13)(Cobert Report 12/12/13)

Man talk about hitting the nail!

Yes. What Farnsworth doesn’t understand or believe is that the train is too far down the tracks to stop at this point. We will have the total economic collapse no matter who gets elected President in 2016.

Raise your hand if you think the GOP leadership is going to grow a spine and do the right thing.

Paul or Cruz might be able to make some kind of difference but other than them we might as well let Hildebeast win and lets have the crash and the counter revolution and get it over with.

Yeh they want him or Jeb. I just think Crispy is so dang unappealing especially in the South that he is going nowhere. Jeb does not really want to be President and his wife will be a major negative. I don’t think he will end up running. He and Crispy came in last and next to last at CPAC. Not good.

The only answer is infiltrating and taking control of the GOP...or even better, both parties.

That has been the objective of Conservatives since the 1960's. At some point, we need to admit that this is a losing strategy and change tactics. We are in a fight against both the GOP and the Democrats, whether you want to admit it or not.

So, did you vote for Obama last time?

Personally, I voted for Obama Lite.

I wish I'd voted for a conservative. That's hindsight speaking.

I wish I'd voted for a conservative.

I did, but then he dropped out of the primaries. So I just voted against Obama.

It’s really a moot point given his ineligibility. Love the guy, but we are no better than the libs if we allow a non-natural born citizen to run for President. Just because we allowed Hussein, doesn’t mean we can allow Cruz.
