An IQ of 160 at 4 years old only means that he is 60% smarter than the average 4 year old ... wait until he’s a teenager to see if he’s really smart ... a 160 at 4 just means that he can do what a low achieving 2nd grader can do ...

Einstein never took an IQ test so this article makes no sense.
The problem with IQ tests...it doesn't measure creativity or diligence or goodness or etc etc...

The author states that his IQ is “off the scale” and then assigns it an empirical value. Obviously he is no Einstein.
