I’m skeptical of any claim that the IQ of a 4 year old can be accurately measured.

I would tend to agree with you if he was a typical four-year old, but it’s clear he’s not.

I've never met one that bright - probably have to put aside the experience factor we base our decisions/opinions on. The learning curve of the material he is digesting (11 or so years ahead of the average kid while he's 4 years old) is pretty hefty baggage.
