Deb McEneaney of Sag Harbor, N.Y., was jolted in November when her insurance company notified her that it was canceling a group health plan that had been tailor made for her and her husband and their family-run business.
Her insurance broker assured her she had nothing to worry about when the administration began the formal rollout of Obamacare on Oct.1. But the insurance company, United Healthcare Oxford, subsequently wrote her saying that it would no longer allow group health plans for two people who were related because of new restrictions under the Affordable Care Act.
I dont know if I can totally blame Obamacare, but of course I will forever, she said during a recent interview. I believe that everyone has the right to health insurance. But I also believe that if youve been paying insurance your entire life and have never gone without medical coverage, and you pay your bill on time, that the rug shouldnt be pulled out from under you when youre 60 years old.
McEneaney was one of millions of Americans who received cancellation notices from their insurers this summer and fall, either because their policies didnt comply with the new requirements for coverage under the Affordable Care Act or for other technical reasons.

Millennials Jump Ship over Obamacare Bait and Switch
Edward Morrissey - The Fiscal Times
December 5, 2013
It took long enough for the demographic that will pay the most for Obamacare to finally figure it out. Now that the wealth transfer from younger and healthier adults to older sicker ones through Obamas mandating of unneeded comprehensive insurance for the latter has become clear, millennials have not just steered clear of the health care exchanges theyre steering clear of Barack Obama and the Democratic Party now, too.
For the past two months, Barack Obamas approval numbers have slid for both his performance and his personal qualities. This week, the Real Clear Politics average of his overall approval rating dropped below 40 percent for the first time in his presidency. Until now, Obama could count on younger voters for the activism, enthusiasm, and support of his agenda to ride out the rough political patches. That was in large part how Obama eked out a narrow win over Mitt Romney in 2012.

How many audits can the 16000 new agents handle?
Millenials got screwed by Obamacare. They should be marching on DC alongside the Tea Party who tried to tell them what was coming.
“How many audits can the 16000 new agents handle?”
Having been audited, I’d guess a lot. All of the work of the audit is done by the audit’s subject. You must prove your innocence, not the other way around. If you are audited, look up a recent article on surviving an audit. The agents will break the law. They’ll ask for things outside the scope of the audit. If you provide them you have just increased the scope voluntarily.
I’d recommend getting a registered agent to represent you. These are people certified by the IRS to take your case. Not just anybody can do that as the IRS won’t allow just any lawyer or accountant to represent you. (H&R Block has some pretty good registered agents.)
I'm sure they'll have the absolute best auditing software available on earth - commercial grade, not the crappy stuff Sibelius churns out.
Well, then, hon...if you believe everyone has a right to health insurance, why do you blame Obama for raising your rates.
Who did you think would pay for that "right"?

For others, the policies purchased through the exchanges are proving to be more affordable than what they had.
Bill and Linda Wood, small business owners from Westerville, Ohio, just purchased a plan on the new insurance exchange that will save them about $6,200 on premiums next year alone. This was extremely welcoming news for the Woods, who received a cancellation notice from their insurer last summer stating that their plan did not meet Obamacare standards.
Under their new policy, the Woods will pay a monthly premium of $130 after subsidies, compared to the $360 monthly premium under their old plan.

The Tea Party has a huge opportunity to recruit from this demographic at this time.
The future of the USA depends on what these people do next. They can bow down and grovel like sheep, or they can demand a change.
Will they put White Guilt aside for a while and stand up for their rights?
The USA has become one great big farce.
As the trickle of stories of people being destroyed by obamacare turns into a raging torrent sometime around March 2014 and the full extent of the horrors and destruction wrought by obamacare and the Democrats becomes evident for the whole world to see, voters will be hunting Democrats down in the streets with dogs and pitchforks.
They might want to add RINOs to their stick’em&singe’m list..
and a few certain celebs too.. .-]
