As the article stated, no one saw this betrayal of veterans coming. Under this “deal” the millions of people now taking from Social Security Disability (including the millions who joined those ranks in the last 3 years as their unemployment ran out) will get full COLAs for the rest of their days. Military veterans and their families get screwed. They are rushing this through so they can skip town and go shopping, while there has not been one hearing on this - the greatest break of faith to our military veterans in recent American history.
