Earlier Tuesday, NBC News reported that President Barack Obama had shaken hands with Zimbabwean leader Robert Mugabe. However, the UK Telegraph's Josie Ensor reported that Obama "was asked to take his seat just before reaching Mugabe." Complicating matters, another article in the UK Telegraph also claimed that Obama had shaken hands with Mugabe--in very similar terms to those used in the NBC article.
Breitbart News caught the discrepancy--and suddenly the NBC News article was corrected, with no notice.
Before:
On his way to the rostrum, Obama also shook the hand of Robert Mugabe, the strongman ruler of Zimbabwe, and hugged Dilma Rousseff, the president of Brazil, who has stridently opposed spying by the National Security Agency and criticized the U.S. government.
After:

So did he or didn’t he?
You could argue that Mugabe is worse then Castro.
The event went down the Orwellian memory hole. Our once great country increasingly resembles the horrible world of 1984.
You have to shake his hand to find out if he shook your hand.
Mandela good, Mugabe bad? I must of missed the memo.
Exactly what I was thinking. Course in a sense Obama is worse than Castro himself.
Castro at least is making small free marker reforms while Obama is pushing dictatorial fascism with big leaps.
No truth, only Amerikan Pravda.
In a sane world this “memorial” would have only been attended by the likes of Castro and Mugabe, and then they would have had unfortunate accidents.
Obama didn’t even know he shook Mugabe’s hand until he read about it in the paper the same time you did.
Just what does “shake” mean?
And what does “hand” really mean?
“On his way to the rostrum, Obama also preformed a tug job on Robert Mugabe, the strongman ruler of Zimbabwe.....”
Obama is very much like Castro and Mugabe.
Castro wasn't an overt racist.
You could also argue about who Obama admires more. /S
And Reagan shook hands with Gorbachav. And Nixon shook hands with the greatest mass murderer in history. This Obozo-Castro handshake has no legs, no matter how much Hannity and others scream in outrage about it. Hannity was amusing last night. When a guest reminded him of Reagan shaking Gorbchav’s hand, he had an even bigger fit.
So he loves communist and White-hating dictators. No news there.
I would think, if the article ws wrong, they would issue a retraction or correction, but if it was right but they wanted to hide the truth, they would do what they are doing.
No one could say that Reagan agreed with a commie leader, even if he shook hands. The same is NOT true with Obama, who decries rich people, and white people, when he can.
ask any white Rhodesian farmer about Mugabe and his terr thugs
