From the sequence of photos, and I understand that that may be misleading, the impression I got was: Obama and Danish P.M. were having fun. Obama and Danish P.M. were a trifle flirtatious. Moose jumped his sh*t (full scowl, and he looks ticked). Moose got between the two and gave her the 'back'--a snub, and territorial behaviour one would expect from a high schooler (maybe).

While his smiles might not reflect well (although some of us smiled when the old communist died), her scowls look even worse.

I doubt anyone could have remained totally stony faced for the duration of the ceremony, while tens of thousands of people were celebrating in the stadium.

I'm not all that surprised. There are some photo-ops when Michelle is smiling, but it seems like most of the time when she doesn't know the camera is on her, she's frowning.
