A Colorado baker who refused to make a cake for a gay couple has been given an ultimatum by a judge; serve gay weddings or face fines.
Administrative law judge Robert N. Spence found Friday that Jack Phillips of Masterpiece Cakeshop in Denver, Colo. violated the law when he turned away David Mullins, 29, and Charlie Craig, 33, from his shop last year.
In his written decision, Spence ordered that Phillips "cease and desist from discriminating" against gay couples, or face financial penalties, and cited Colorado state law that prohibits businesses from refusing service based on race, sex, marital status or sexual orientation.

These people couldn’t go to another bakery?? B.S, they are just using the court to create and enforce a law that says homosexuals have rights above others!
Remember when they just wanted to be equal. Now it’s not just equal, we have to celebrate their degenerate lifestyle and as the case in the Air Force shows, if you don’t wholeheartedly support these sicko’s lifestyles you can and will be reprimanded.

When I was single, boy it made sex so much better with the thought that I might get Syphilis, Gonorrhea and later on, AIDS. These people are sick. If I told my parents I was taking a class on homosexual studies, They’d be packing my bags and asking where I was going to get the money needed for school?

1. Establish a separate ordering agency. All orders to this baker go through the agency. This agency will change when needed
2. Somehow, all orders for queer cakes get lost.
3. When a lawsuit occurs, the agency is blamed and the baker switches to a new one.
4. Go to step 1.
As for the gays, shove it up your smelly Obamaholes.

I could say that they should fight this in court, but, it would be far cheaper to hire a “good fellow” and do to him what these “good fellows” do best.
After reading about the neighborhood bar that was ruled against in a discrimination suit (LGBT...), similar to this bakery, transitioning to private clubs/organizations may be the only path forward. They can qualify members by their choosing and ban whomever they want.
Otherwise, one could put a sign up the reads “proceeds from sales to the LGBT community will go to x conversion therapy center.”
Tell this little dictator to eat shit and die.
“I think the best way to handle this is bake the cake, but publicly give the proceeds, minus costs, to charities that free homosexuals from bondage.”
I think this is the right direction to go.
Give all those proceeds to charities that homosexuals and liberals and lefties don’t like.

“Wedding cakes for same sex couples are non-profit.”

Yes, that is where this judge gets the authority. Colorado passed a constitutional amendment that ensured homos did not get EEOC minority status in that state.
And Chief Justice Roberts worked for free for the people who challenged that vote and overturned it. That was before he was a justice of course. He’s in the closet again.
