Kanye West threw somewhat of a tantrum during his concert in Florida last night with reports that the 'Blood on the Leaves' rapper stormed off stage when problems arose with the sound and lighting not long after the show had started and proceeded to launch into yet another rant in which he reportedly compared himself to Nelson Mandela.
The 36-year-old hip-hop star brought his 'Yeezus' tour to Tampa Bay Times Forum yesterday evening but it didn't go off without a hitch as the rapper is said to have temporarily stopped the show just minutes in after growing infuriated with some technical issues.

He’s a queen,Kim.
Of course.
But you gotta admit, watching Kanye spiral out of control, childish drama fits and all, makes for really entertaining theatre!
Wait. I thought he was boycotting Florida due to the whole St. Skittles of the Holey Hoodie incident.
Poor kid, too many drugs have ruined his brain
Not just Florida, but any state with SYG.
Problems arose with the sound and lights? Do you mean people could actually hear and see him? That WOULD be bad.
Nice to see the people who built the Zerocare website have branched out.
36 Y/O?
And he’s getting attention? Adoration?
When my father and his peers were 36, they had large families of kids they were putting through high school, taking on day trips, instilling values in and planning retirement for themselves and their future potential widows. And successfully.
They were getting jobs and summer jobs for the kids in the neighborhood and nieces and nephews. They were teaching kids how to drive and coaching sports teams.
We didn’t talk about what they did for a living, but they were executives with time in the Navy or the Marines, and had put themselves through school. Good schools.
They were devising computer systems with the newly discovered semiconductors, and taking care of the house, putting up storm windows, mowing the lawn, making sure nothing weird happened.
And the women would not have had it any other way.
In fact, true story, the neighborhood women/widows were doing clerical work at the local medical group, working for the doctors they’d previously socialized with, just to get out and help.
Billy Joel had been out joyriding on a motorcycle and hurt his hand. He went into the medical office and started doing a, I guess, Kanye West, demanding to be seen immediately. They were unimpressed, and, of course, didn’t know who he was.
He said, “I AM A VERY important Person!” and they said, “Alright Mr. Very Important person, go sit down and the doctor will be with you as soon as your turn is up”.
Kim Kardashian is impressed with this guy. Women are so impressed with these guys around town who don’t dress, don’t hold the door open, don’t take care of their kids, don’t pay, don’t plan.
Do we all have to be?
Just another spoiled brat who needs some additional attention. Reminds me of the professional athletes who THINK they are special having been told that since a young child and believeing they ARE special. I avoid and boycott them whenever possible (no movies, shows, etc. Nothing but a waste of my time and money.)
And I can see you years from now in a bar, talking over a football game
With that same big loud opinion but nobody’s listening
Washed up and ranting about the same old bitter things
Drunk and grumbling on about how I can’t sing
But all you are is mean
All you are is mean and a liar and pathetic and alone in life
And mean, and mean, and mean, and mean
Had to go and put some fish sticks in his mouth.
Good point.
Perhaps Kanye should have stayed in the truck.
Overly dramatic pretend tough guy “artists” comparing themselves to Nelson Mandela because their lights don’t sync up is my happy place. I just want to squeeze their little fat cheeks.
What a pointless human being.
I wouldn’t recognize this jerk were I sitting next to him and Praise God for that!
Question for Kanye West:
Who are you?
He is NOTHING to me.
