President Barack Obama is celebrating Thanksgiving with a quiet family dinner at the White House - where he will be feasting on a choice of nine pies. Well, let me see; There are aren’t but a few pies that should be served at Thanksgiving:
Pumpkin Pie
Lemon meringue
Pecan Pie
Apple Pie
Boysenberry Pie
Well, that’s five. I can see how there could be nine.
Read the list and I don’t have a problem with it.

I recall when he had his campaign in 2008 he was going around extolling his followers to chant “we want pie”.
I guess they have it now.

I had a nice Jersey cow named Bossy who would’ve been happy to give them a 10th kind of pie.

I don’t much like pie. The only pie mentioned that I’d consider eating is the chocolate pie, and that’s without the crust. I don’t like crust.
They can have all the pie, I like cake. Actually, I like icing but it comes attached to the cake.

Anyone try a Honey-Baked Ham lately? I used to love it but only buy on rare occasions every few years. Tried a sample this year and wasn't impressed.
I don’t find the fact that he had that many pies so out of the ordinary. We don’t know how many dinner guests he had (I didn’t read all of the article.)
We had 5 guests at our house, plus my husband and myself—and we had 6 pies. (Of course we will be sending some of the leftovers home with our guests tomorrow.)
There are way too many legitimate things to criticized obammy about.
