Candied grapefruit peel. Almond meal. Chopped hazelnuts. Melted milk chocolate and a couple of eggs. Very simple. Exquisite. it was a huge hit with all the people who said with a blank look and a pause, “Interesting,” before they took a polite nibble. Except for a couple young boys with uneducated palates.
The best wheat-free cake I have ever made, and one of my top cakes of all time. Someone has to make it for my birthday.

Coffee is just the carrier for flavored creams. Lots of flavored creams.

"But Valerie", he whined, "I really want some pie. When do I get some pie."
"Can we get some pie on the way home? Pretty please!"

The movie is set in the 60s. A maid was fired, so she baked one last chocolate pie for the woman....she added a “special” ingredient. Of course, secrets rarely stay that way...very funny movie.

DO CHOKE, Barry. Does he have a food taster? How many have been poisoned in the line of duty? It’s good to be king and hated by almost all.

Val IS a lizard. She looks reptilian. She slithers and she is deadly. Well, you know what to do with a poisonous, deadly snake who is a threat to you.....
