IMHO, our government is indirectly forcing the public to buy Chinese goods through the destruction of domestic industry and wealth.
I think all civilian airliners will ID themselves to any authorities querying them.
Indeed, to understand China now, it's really hard to use the Communist Manifesto or Das Kapital--you need a modern economics textbooks and an understanding of how China historically works before the 1911 Revolution.
In other words, I must pay higher taxes to the government because you feel that the government needs to protect you from me.
I have an idea: let's set-up a computer system so the government can keep track of all this. We can give it some time, maybe three years, and plenty of money. We can determine who gets, and doesn't get, cheap stuff. To be on the safe side (because buying stuff is complicated), let's experiment on only one-sixth of the economy first. What can possibly go wrong?
What else should we do away with from our founding 1RudeBoy?
With this administration, there’s no question you’re right here.
Not because some limp-wrist thinks they create jobs.
“U.S. Directly Challenges China’s Air Defense”
That I seriously doubt. I’m sure Barry called up his ChiCom friends and gave them an adequate advance. Barry and the Chicoms/UN/Soros are in this together. This nothing but show for us peons. He’s going to make sure the Chinese get these islands.
My money says break-down cruise with maintenance call. (Sorry for the image size - I have no clue as to how to re-size pics)
You've all (except Zeneta :D) been duly chastised.
Ok, enough of the sarcasm. I'm not ashamed of anyone. I'm just glad someone finally posted these!!!!!!
You can't explain something you can't grasp. So far you can't grasp that tariffs are a valid mechanism to generate revenue. You say it, but then...
You trash anyone who suggests raising tariffs, you trash anyone who doesn't also. You're simply lost in some twilight zone episode where you can't man up to admitting the negative aspects of the trade practices we have utilized with regard to China.
You trash our side for small tariffs, and remain silent as China effectively charges 40% tariffs on our goods.
This episode ends with you just as ignorant now, as the other twenty times you've lost this discussion before.
The United States can use tariffs, tax incentives, and other enticements to move more commerce back to the United States. Trashing one or all of them before anyone has even made a detailed suggestion, show massive ignorance on your part.
If our Founding Fathers saw merit in tariffs, it's not unreasonable for loyal citizen today who respect the nation they handed off to us, to see some merit in them also.
Try being consistent once in a while.
Either you agree with tariffs or you don't.
Either you complain about some, or complain about all, even if China does it.
Either you respect our Founding Fathers, or you loathe them as much as you loathe anyone else who supports some level of reasoned tariffs.
You can't claim every side of this issue and win as if you had actually used logic and a balanced non-flip-flopping approach.
Yeah, I think if the Japanese’ resolve was firm, they could arm themselves to wipe out China in a few years, easily. Unlike they Chinese, they don’t have to steal tech in order to arm a modern military.
The Chinese shivered in their boots as the Obama B-52s
broadcast rap music during their by pass./S
No one, least if all the Chinese, is afraid of Obama. Thats why he will do something stupid to “change the course of history.”
Hopefully Obama can be gagged, cuffed and frog marched out of the White House at the earliest opportunity.
The future of Pacific security lies with the Russians and the Japanese, this is only Obama trying to continue his personal campaign with B-52s, a mouse who squeeked rather than a lion that roared. Soon even Hawaii will not be safe, betrayed by a listless, unpopular, fascist, jerk -off, so called president.
This is a true depiction of the balance of resources. Obama is now hard at work to ensure that we have no personnell who can effectively command these resources. The opresident has purged every officer at command level who has made any indication of opposition to Obama.
HTMS Chakri Naruebet (Thai จักรีนฤเบศร, meaning "In honour of the Chakri Dynasty") is the flagship of the Royal Thai Navy (RTN), and Thailand's first and only aircraft carrier...
Chakri Naruebet has been deployed on several disaster relief operations, including in the aftermath of the 2004 Indian Ocean earthquake and tsunami, and in response to separate flooding incidents in late 2010 and early 2011. Outside of disaster relief, the carrier's few other departures from port are for a single training day per month, and transportation of the Royal Family of Thailand, leading to claims by some naval commentators that the ship is merely an oversized royal yacht.
Might have been trolling for radar setups, too.
While you're at it, I have enjoyed his books, too.
Cool! I have enjoyed his books as well.
Either that, or look for a Chinook load of BUFF pilots in a war zone soon....
Where that really cuts is that they are trying to blow it off as if the people who lost their coverage or otherwise got screwed are an insignificant minority. No better way to make individuals feel personally shat upon--and that sort of ire does not fade quickly.
