Payload: SES 8

Launch time: 5:37 p.m. EST/2:37 p.m. PST (2237 GMT)
Launch window: 66 minutes

Thanks for the heads up. Appreciate it.
Bet they push it out to next week...Black Friday, and the weekend coming up...
Called my bookie in Vegas...I put $10 on next Monday, $50 on next Tuesday...
Weather folks may need a better forecast for that timeframe...
It’s entirely possible that it’s the client’s wishes to get that bird in the air ASAP. Remember not EVERYONE celebrates Thanksgiving.
SCRUB. Launch will not happen today, and the next try is likely Thursday, Thanksgiving Day in the United States.
Oh...I read an article as to why they are going to attempt to launch on Thanksgiving.
It turns out the FAA will not issue a permit for a launch today or tomorrow....because both days are the biggest travel days of the year. Too many planes in the air. Go figure.
Makes sense!
I guess we could call this launch attempt on Thursday a turkey shoot!
Those of us here on the Space Coast will have a nice view and entertainment with our turkey!!
I also heard that there is too much air travel on Tuesday and Wednesday. Every north/south bound flight to/from the east coast of Florida goes up along the coast and fly within the ranges of the Cape and Air Station.
It’s on now.
21 minutes out.
15 to go.
Less than 5 minutes
T-Minus 2:00. Going full screen to watch launch.
1 minute
aborted
@#$%^&*&^^%$$%$#!!!!!!!!!
Again?????
What the heck....started to fire then.....POOF! Grrrrrrr.
Safing it up. We will see what happened.
I notice that they have NOT called a SCRUB yet. Do you think that if it’s something fixable, they might try again tonight?
Setting the clock back to 13 seconds.
