He is right—Abortion is as bad as the killing of babies to Moloch. They pagans killed babies for good luck and in the mistaken belief they were feeding a god—Today babies are killed so young people need not raise children —a selfish reason. In some ways worse than the ancients in their ignorance.

In some ways worse than the ancients in their ignorance. Sounds like it is still for good luck and to feed the gods of hedonism, self-gratification, and irresponsibility.

I was thinking about abortion too, but it could also apply to dictators who slaughter millions in hopes of achieving earthly paradises - Nazi Germany and Pol Pot’s Cambodia in particular spring to mind.
