The United States said Saturday it was “deeply concerned” and committed to defending Japan after China announced an air zone in the East China Sea that covers disputed islets.

In a move that U.S. ally Japan branded as “very dangerous,” China said it was setting up an “air defense identification zone” over islands administered by Tokyo to “guard against potential air threats.”

In similar statements, Secretary of State John Kerry and Secretary of Defense Chuck Hagel said that the United States was “deeply concerned” about the moves by China, which also scrambled jets to carry out a patrol in the newly declared zone.

“This unilateral action constitutes an attempt to change the status quo in the East China Sea,” Kerry said.

Dear Japan,

The Hussein administration is telling you that if you like your airspace, you can keep it. Period.

Do NOT trust them.

Sincerely, Ben

No one thinks China is about to attack Japan. So, for Obama to say that we will defend Japan is the easiest thing in the world to say. But the words are empty. China will creep toward Asian dominance and seek to weaken and box in Japan. And when it really counts, the US will abandon Japan. It’s what we’ve done to Israel.

Is Obama’s America, with its soft, fat society and its diminished military capacity, prepared to fight a two front, all out war in the Far East and Middle East?

Stock up on those freeze-dried foods for the shelter; when you finally stick your head out into the radioactive miasma, there probably won’t be much to eat.

America needs to bring back manufacturing to America.

Stop importing everything from China. For crying out loud, doesn’t everyone see what is happening?

We are making the nation which could actually challenge America globally, stronger.

China is getting stronger every day, yet we continue to send Americans jobs there.

Bring back American jobs now.

More likely, Kerry and Obama will blame China’s invasion of Japan’s property on a racist Tea Party video and vow to make those responsible PAY!

Empty words and meaningless promises. If Japan wants to be able to make China think twice, they’d better have a couple three NUKE MISSILES.

Japan would be better off working a relationship with France or Russia.

-— China is getting stronger every day, yet we continue to send Americans jobs there -—

They’re also becoming more Christian, while we’re going in the opposite direction. It may not be long before our roles are reversed. Look at the changes in Russia. I never thought that I’d live to see any of this.

Who is watching? SK, Taiwan, Singapore and others.

We are about to see a huge arms race touch off in Asia.

All Japan, or any of our allies for that matter, needs to do is look to obamaramadingdongs support of Israel to see their future.

I believe you are thinking of Russia? Russia is becoming quite a bit more Christian, as America slides the other way.

I agree. Though Russia is also becoming very much more autocratic, which is a big step backward. But that is Russia. Not China.

China is communist. (Strongly) atheist as well.

Yet American businesses, send American jobs there every single day.

And nobody even complains... Go into any American store now, and pick up any product, in any department.

Look at the back, and it will say “Made in China”.

Almost guaranteed.

A billion Chinese, ever more prosperous. And American businesses keep on becoming more, and more sold out to them.

Bring back American businesses.

...all while Valerie Jarrette has secret talks with China.

Japan sees how Obama lied to Israel & stabbed them in the back.
