This individual reported that on the Oct. 30 fundraising call American Crossroads’ Karl Rove and Steven J. Law held with McConnell, “McConnell specifically talked about Mike Lee by name, specifically talked about Ted Cruz by name, and he specifically talked about the Tea Party by name,” the donor told Breitbart News in response to a story Rove’s and McConnell’s teams have purported shows otherwise.
That story, published by Charlie Spiering at The Washington Examiner earlier on Friday, confirms that McConnell “criticized conservative groups who supported the plan to defund Obamacare” and that he also criticized those conservatives who “are now actively working to defeat him in Kentucky.” The article adds that McConnell “repeatedly mentioned the Senate Conservatives Fund by name.”

Mitch is an arrogant pisshead. If he were half as smart as he thinks he is, he would simply work to bring the Tea Party into his superior tactics and win them over by the persuasiveness of his positions. This is why the Tea Prty does not trust him and his ilk. They cannot persuade the Tea Prty, because he GOPe does not believe in conservative principles. They believe in power. And in the power of the state. They must be flushed.

THINK 3rd PARTY. Bolt the party and lets see how many will follow—worth a try—doing things the way we have just aint workin’—Tryin’ the same stuff over and over—expectin’ a different results—is a definition of stupid. How many insults does the tea Party Patriots need before they get mad? Call our leaders Stupid, Dumb & ignorant? lable our fighting heroes, Wackos who should be punched in the nose—even when they are proven right? How long should we put up with this? Now I expect the Progressives and Democrats to say things like this—that’s their job—But to get it from the GOP? Why need we put up with this bullying? United we stand!

Tea Party people are just republicans who haven’t abandoned their principles, joined the democrats, and become part of the problem.
If Mister Inside Information wants to be believed, he could stand up and identify himself or he could have a recording of the meeting.
Remember, O'Keefe both identifies himself and also has electronic proof.
"Unknown sources" bother me.
For that to happen, fed up constitutional conservatives and constitutionally oriented libertarians would have to have a meeting of the minds and find a real nice slate of issues we agree on. Then they'd have to do it through an already existing party.
One thing, for sure. I don't care how bad the next dem nominee is. I'd rather let them keep the mess they created than vote for a RINO, ever again.
