FIFTY years ago this week President John Kennedy was assassinated by Lee Harvey Oswald, a Castro-supporting communist who had learned to shoot straight while in the US Marines. Half a century later, 61% of Americans believe in a conspiracy. Amazingly, this is the lowest level since the late 1960s.
Poster comments: There was no second gunman. There was no conspiracy.
There also was not a herd of pink elephants walking in the Reflecting Pool in DC, but I can't prove there wasn't. See the point?
So what are our options?
How many recovered bullets have you seen?
It took me forty years but after seeing the evidence I’m now convinced that Oswald was the lone gunman.
I’m still not sure if there was a conspiracy because it is too possible for more than Oswald to have planned this.
I think the Warren Commission got the magic bullet theory right.
How about running away fast?
Is she everywhere?
Sounds like drastic measures are required then,
Not to change the subject but who is JFK?
I keep reading that name here.
Wait a minute, you believe a huge, intricate conspiracy, but you also believe the bullet from Connally’s body just fell out on the stretcher for some gov agent to find later?
:^)
I forget what exactly it was that Kennedy had done. It may have been calling out and nationalizing the National Guard In Arkansas and Mississippi that set them off. He was warned not to go to Texas by just about everyone, but he wanted to turn things around.
Someone else may come along that remembers a better reason. Outside the Bay of Pigs, and I don’t think they would have taken that as a personal insult, I don’t remember the exact reason they were upset.
Thanks BenLurkin...
Oops, do I have to take back my thanks. Oh well, this one’s on me. :^)
Take care...
And all of those people than ran to capture one of the assassins in the grassy knoll knew very well what they heard. Gullible! Very gullible people can be.

And yet nobody was ever found...imagine that. That image that was supposed to be a human form on the grassy knoll also turned out to be B.S.
Also kind of funny that the three rail yard workers on the triple overpass didn’t see a shooter either.
And all these years, everybody has kept quiet about this grand conspiracy...imagine that.
Conspiracy kooks abound.
Agreed
So you’re suggesting that Dr. Fackler fired his test bullet backward to match the expert testimony to the Warren Commission?
I’m not going to get into a debate here. If you’re head’s going to explode over a difference of opinion on assembled facts & data (and definitions...’significantly’ is an exaggeration), well...sorry...
Wrong bullet. /s
It ‘may’ have been exactly as laid out. But there is no glue that holds it all together until we know what’s in the sealed files. Period.
False choice. Just because Oswald was the sniper does not prove that there was no conspiracy.
Oh Laz, (sigh)I thought sure you had it but even though I read it twice, you left out the Spruce Goose connection.
