I think that C J Grisham is an idiot. But, the Temple Police Officer, the prosecuting attorney, and the judge are even bigger idiots. The difference is that Grisham was an ordinary citizen, acting within the law and within his rights. The others are Gestapo goons acting outside the law to impose their personal notions of what citizens should be allowed to do.

The man is claiming the officer said nothing and simply “straight up and grabbed my rifle”

You be the judge and watch the 00:15 mark to see if the officer is in the wrong and also lied to his superior OR if the man is wrong and did not simply up and grab the rifle.

Being rude is a crime in Texas? I knew ‘annoying a LEO’ in New York state was a crime. The latter doesn’t surprise me while the former does. This country’s on the skids since 2008.
