Schultz: 'No Doubt' African-American Would Be Jailed For Radel's Misdemeanor

Ed Schultz knows nothing about misdemeanor sentencing guidelines . . . Playing the race card over the arrest and conviction of Republican congressman Trey Radel for cocaine possession, Ed Schultz has claimed there is "no doubt" that an African-American who committed the same crime "would be facing jail time."
Really? Radel's crime was a misdemeanor, and he was a first-time offender. It would be highly unusual for anyone pleading guilty under such circumstances to be sentenced to jail time. DC jails could not possibly hold all the low-level misdemeanor drug offenders.

Shouldn’t Mr. Ed be charged for shooting his own dog?

"Schultz knows nothing."
Nice try at subtlety. ;-)
(Likely WAY over Mr. Ed's head)

Yeah, yeah Schultz....and if he was a democrat there would be no charges, like ALL of the Kennedys.

The race card is so much bowlsheet. At least that’s one good thing zer0bama did. We can convincingly say America is no longer a racist country or it would never have elected him.

Please don’t compare Master Sergeant (Oberfeldwebel) Hans Schultz to this miscreant. He earned his rank in both wars and was the owner of the Schatze Toy Company, the largest toy company in Germany.

It was back in the early daze. Apparently it’s still a hot point if one can tweak him about it.

He wouldn't make such an ass of himself if he would just shut his fat face. They could replace Lard-Ass with a monkey and the IQ of the show would automatically quadruple.

Schulze should volunteer to be a target in the Knock out game just to prove his fidelity to the brothers.

“Snicker”. I was referring to MR ED the horse. But if the shoe fits, he don’t need a horseshoer.
