A new and independent analysis of ObamaCare warns of a ticking time bomb, predicting a second wave of 50 million to 100 million insurance policy cancellations next fall -- right before the mid-term elections.
The next round of cancellations and premium hikes is expected to hit employees, particularly of small businesses. While the administration has tried to downplay the cancellation notices hitting policyholders on the individual market by noting they represent a relatively small fraction of the population, the swath of people who will be affected by the shake-up in employer-sponsored coverage will be much broader.
An analysis by the American Enterprise Institute, a conservative think tank, shows the administration anticipates half to two-thirds of small businesses would have policies canceled or be compelled to send workers onto the ObamaCare exchanges. They predict up to 100 million small and large business policies could be cancelled next year.

I have no choice and I owe it to my people, this is why I know this will be repealed.
NO ONE WILL ACCEPT THIS.
I am praying for you Mesta, I am sorry I have lost contact with you,I have been out of the loop for some time.
I am encouraged you have some options now and pray you find solutions for you and your daughter.

AND the opposition party will fight on the behalf of true Americans to repeal the whole cr@p sammich.
Third, offer piecemeal legislation on exactly “what” people were complaining about their health care and/or coverage plan.
Are you kidding, postponement? Are we that stupid to NOT see that 0bummer will simply assign us a plan that meets the “law” requirements? Of course this is the chaos he was hoping for.
Although they are required by law to give a certain amount of notice before termination, the heavy hand of Valer...I mean obama, ‘convinced’ these companies that it was better to violate the law than get what would be coming to them.
I wouldn't count on those cancellation notices going out before the ‘14 elections.
Costs much less to put the Falcon 9 into space.
Probably because Obama has dirt on every single one of them.
Have no fear...
The Great Lord Obama will simply do away this requirement until AFTER the 2014 elections, with a wave of his magic wand.
And the Mainstream media will cheer him breathlessly for it, out of fear of losing their jobs if they don’t.
>> Time for another postponement.
It’s too late for postponements. Policies are already scheduled for cancellation. State laws already changed.
In a few words, many of us are already #’d.
ROTFL!
No worries. Obama will issue a proclamation that no business may reveal its cancellations until after the election or the IRS SWAT team will be paying them a visit.
Republicans should have an alternative BEFORE Dec. 1st. Otherwise, all the Obamacare ads we’re paying for are going to blanket the airwaves.
If you’re someone who just lost your insurance, you’re looking for a policy. If Obamacare is all that’s out there, then that will have to be your choice.
That will be the refrain from the MSM, and it has a decent chance of working.
Propaganda works.
Yep, that’s the way I see it.
Yes, we are.
If 50 to 100 million additional insurance policies will be cancelled, who’s left that has been able to “keep their policy”? Many of these policies are/were family policies.
Since the relaxation of the corporate mandate was not done via legislation, aren't corporations obligated by their charters to abide by all applicable laws to adhere to the letter of the law of the ACA? In other words, just because Barack declared a delay in the requirement to abide by the law, did not legally delay the corporations from having to comply with the law.
A postponement of Obamacare is like asking the Japanese to “postpone” the bombing of Pearl Harbor.
