Second wave of health plan cancellations looms (50-100 million right before fall 2014 elections)

A new and independent analysis of ObamaCare warns of a ticking time bomb, predicting a second wave of 50 million to 100 million insurance policy cancellations next fall -- right before the mid-term elections.
The next round of cancellations and premium hikes is expected to hit employees, particularly of small businesses. While the administration has tried to downplay the cancellation notices hitting policyholders on the individual market by noting they represent a relatively small fraction of the population, the swath of people who will be affected by the shake-up in employer-sponsored coverage will be much broader.
An analysis by the American Enterprise Institute, a conservative think tank, shows the administration anticipates half to two-thirds of small businesses would have policies canceled or be compelled to send workers onto the ObamaCare exchanges. They predict up to 100 million small and large business policies could be cancelled next year.

D*mn Republicans. Can’t they ever get anything right? If they don’t fix this before the next election, Mary Landrieu will be blaming them for failing to help fix the problem. They better wake up or suffer the consequences.
To: Zakeet
Wanna bet the insurance companies delay this until after the election, in exchange for more candy from the regime?

Time for another postponement.Mary Landrieu was aiming for two years, but the powers that be slapped it down. Hope and change might be more like "hope FOR change." I think it's going to hurt in 2014, and I'm usually pessimistic about electoral politics. Way to go, Dem lemmings--follow O right off the cliff.

Just looked this up out of curiosity. In TODAY’S dollars it cost 400 million dollars to build the Titanic, the same as the Obamacare website. Three observations:
1) At least the Titanic made it 3/4 of the way
2) If the Titanic were Obamacare it would have sunk when they broke the champane bottle on the hull.
3) If we had global warming back then the Titanic wouldn’t have sunk at all

Before his term is out, Obama will be about as popular as David Berkowitz, Charlie Manson, and good ole Ted Bundy combined.

What Obama really needs to do is go after guns again. That will get him and his lib senators out of this utopian clusterf*ck.
Maybe he can have a sit-down with CBS and explain Fast & Furious, or have a chat with David Letterman about Ben Ghazi?
