One of our union officials where I work was telling me that they may not bargain for health care next year. The company is thinking about scrapping it, and paying the penalty. 1700 full time employees will be on their own.
Like the giraffe, I'm eating popcorn, and waiting.

I believe this is what most small and midsized companies will do.

They have to keep their eye on their bottom line.

They are not in business for their health (or their employees’ health.)
