That’s what I hate about most websites: Too many graphics and it take a long time to load. Some programmers just want to show off their ‘talents’ at getting animated thingys to dance or twirl or whatever. And the ‘mouse-over’ buttons that pop up a menu are very annoying, especially when you can’t get them to go away after the mouse pointer moves to a new location.......................
And this is exactly how you know that they Just Don't Care: OF COURSE that site is gonna be a neon-glowing target for hackers around the globe... it's a virtual gold mine of identity info. To put any of it - ever - on line without having the state-of-the-art in web-based security is criminally irresponsible.

Since the first payment for your plan is required in order to be fully enrolled in Ocare, and there is no payment system built yet at all, there are zero people successfully enrolled in the exchange. Yet Obama proclaimed that there were 100 million people enrolled in Ocare.
What a debacle.

What exactly were they doing for 3+ years? No way it takes that long to build a website, not even this one. Guess they were too busy having fun spending all that $$$$$ to be bothered to actually do their jobs. No way we ever see a financial report to find out where the money went, but you know the amount wasted (pocketed) is immense.
And without payment systems how can the doctors and hospitals be paid?
Campaign contributions to the dims. Crack. And hookers.
That translates to 80-90 percent without the spin.
