The Senate voted 38-53 against breaking a filibuster of the nomination of Judge Robert Wilkins to the court, after blocking votes on two other D.C. Circuit nominees -- Patricia Millett and Nina Pillard -- earlier this month.
"I am deeply disappointed that Senate Republicans have once again refused to do their job and give well-qualified nominees to the federal bench the yes-or-no votes they deserve," the president said in a statement.
"The American people and our judicial system deserve better," he later added. "A majority of the United States Senate supports these three extraordinary nominees, and it is time for simple yes-or-no votes without further obstruction or delay."

Go F Yourself !!!
King Barry’s big talk about “re-making” the courts is coming to bite him squarely on his arse...
No, for once, Senate Republicans are doing their job.
FUBO! You’re not the king no matter who much you want to be!
“I am deeply disappointed that Senate Republicans have once again refused to HELP DESTROY AMERICA LIKE I WANT THEM TO. AND PUT A MAXIST UN-qualified nominee on the federal bench WITH yes-or-no votes FOR THE ONES THAT I HAVE PICKED.”
That's what he would've said if the little boy from LIAR LIAR had put his mojo on him!
The POTUS would've wished them all into the cornfield if he could’ve.
well qualified = longstanding La Raza, ACLU or ANSWER.org members.
Gee, I don't remember any disappointment when the democrats blocked Robert Bork from the Supreme Court, a man with credentials far superior to Kagan and Sotomayor combined.
Correction:
“The American people and our judicial system deserve better THAN THE MARXIST/COMMUNIST/SOCIALIST/GOVERNMENT SUPREMACIST THUGS THAT I WANT AS JUDGES THAT CAN LEGISLATE FROM THE BENCH”
This is what he SHOULD HAVE said.
The Senate is doing its job whenever it blocks one of Obama’s far left wing appointments.
The Senate Republicans all need to call on Obama to start doing his job and stop trying to pack the courts with leftist ideologues.
and it is time for simple yes-or-no votes without further obstruction or delay.”

Yep the game is played on both sides of the aisle. Rules are rules and need to
be followed or amended.
refused to do their job = Obey
There are more than 38 Republicans in the Senate.
I want to know which ones voted with the DemonRATS.
Anybody have a roll call?
In an ideal world, Republicans would be able to explain WHY Obama’s nominees are unacceptable in plain English.
Statements need to be made, like:
Ms. A is opposed to traditional American values. Her record shows that she wants to replace our American values with ivory tower sourced “fads” that have never worked for anyone, anywhere.
Ms. B’s decisions and subsequent reversals by higher courts have demonstrated she has pro-criminal bias. Americans expect their judges to do more than simply dispense “get-out-of-jail-free” cards to career criminals.
9 Senators voted “present”?
Sure Barry, just as soon as your executive privilege on Fast & Furious is lifted, Congress can without any restrictions investigate the IRS targeting sandal and the Benghazi cover up.
Here is the one Republican that voted with the DemonRATS
Murkowski (R-AK), Yea
Here are the Republicans who didn’t bother to vote.
Blunt (R-MO), Not Voting
Graham (R-SC), Not Voting
Hatch (R-UT), Present
Isakson (R-GA), Not Voting
Rubio (R-FL), Not Voting
Vitter (R-LA), Not Voting
Whole roll call here:
No one is listening now.
He’s disappointed that the senate won’t do it’s job and rubber stamp everything he wants.
