Giving typically rambling and somnolent answers to simple questions, President Obama dodged and stink-faced while offering the occasional “it’s on me” — by which he meant “Please accept my half-hearted apology so that I can get back to blaming straw men and misleading voters.”
The president’s remarks highlight his disconnection with reality and his perception of Obamacare’s failure as primarily a political risk for himself rather than a policy disaster for millions.
After spending a few minutes talking about a new White House web page about helping victims of Typhoon Haiyan (a simple page which represents the limit of what the administration should attempt in web design), the president offered a litany of data points whose only real purpose must have been to make him feel better.
What ordinary American cares about “1 million Americans who successful made it through the website and now qualify to buy insurance but haven’t picked a plan yet”? Who gives a rat’s posterior that “more than a hundred thousand Americans successfully enrolled in new insurance plans” when fifty times as many have lost coverage they liked and could afford?
Obama made clear how little he understands the average American — and how in tune he is with rent-seekers, poverty pimps, union thugs, and special interests — with this assessment of the nation he has so little true connection with: “People look at what’s taking place in Washington and say ‘not enough is being done that helps me in my life.’” Perhaps the president should see a psychologist for his projection issues.

But, but, he's a natural born citizen.
I am hopefully waiting for the first Federal Judge of some importance to finally throw in the towel and say “I just cannot whore out my ideals and integrity any more sustaining this tyranny.” Thereafter ruling the provisions of ACA’s “...at the [HHS] Secretary’s discretion.....” and Obama’s reliance upon it as a catch-all unconstitutional.

What “fix?”
There is no “fix” to this debacle.
The only hope for the DemocRATS is more bread and circuses to distract from the devastation.
How many Congress-critters have lost their health plans?
Well, to him those are average Americans. The whole concept of a productive citizen makes no sense to him or his ilk - everybody is a scammer and a grifter, so since "he won" he's going to take care of his guys first.
Obama made clear he sees himself as the protector and savior of assorted losers: welfare dependents, poverty pimps, thieves and thugs, professional victims, and other ne'er do wells.....
Obama frequently ignores our laws---frequently issuing decrees, Executive Orders, and the like---bypassing the structure of law, and govt, that has made America great.
IT IS AN ARTICLE OF FAITH AMONG THESE GROUPS THAT ALL OF OUR LAWS, RULES AND REGS ARE CONSTRUCTED SOLELY TO SUBJUGATE THEM (intelligence, a work ethic, ambition, drive, honesty, has nothing to do with it).
Obama has been "lying-in-wait" to "punish" the working class---those w/ success and achievement---in favor of the stupid-loser classes.
As a practiced con artist, bred in the culture of Chicago criminal politics, it is abundantly clear that Obama got into office under false pretenses. He deliberately hid his true agenda.
It's getting old as a tactic. That's why Hillary has quit using it and moved on to "what difference does it make?"
Well, “it’s on me” “ is something Bill Clinton never said.
