Mr. Obama took ownership and said he would fix the cancellation problem – giving the Democrats some cover. As for me, I don’t doubt for a moment that the nation will survive if some Democrats lose in 2014 because they worked to fix the law. Anyone remember when some politicians were courageous?

Perhaps one could say Obamacare was “modeled” on Romneycare (I’m not sure how accurate that would be) but you certainly cannot say it was “started” by Gov. Romney, who btw, had been out of office out long before Obama got elected?

Obamacare is not Romenycare though they are cut from the same cloth. The GOP did not and has never advocated at a national health plan like Obamacare. The left continuing to try to tie GOP to it needs to be rebuffed strongely. The response to Zogby should be ‘Sir you know that is just a lie. Not one Republican in Congress helped craft nor voted for Obamacare and its not their responsibility to fix it.’
Does Zogby consider mockery from the democrats to be support?

When you have a president whose response to overtures to discussions on future legislation is “I won” then you get mockery when the legislation is ill-conceived, poorly implemented with mendacity thrown in for good measure.

Nice of Zogby to bring up the race card again. The fact that Obama is 1/2 African American or whatever that means, has nothing to do with why we should support him or not. I do not, nor ever have, supported Obama, because I disagree with his political philosophy, oppose his policies, and, in general, and am disturbed by his past associations, etc.
I am sick and tired of liberals claiming that race has anything to do with it. All this race-baiting does is encourage the very bigotry that is purports to decry.

Well, in part, they did in a way. At least some of them. They were called capos. Prisoner trustees that were detailed for all the messy work: cleaning out ovens, emptying the shower rooms and stacking & burying details. I’m sure there were some that cleaned out the drop tubes to the showers where they Zyklon-B was dispensed.

The Constitution mandates a LOT of things that have been ignored by both sides. The Federalist Papers point out that the government we have is constructed to balance out conflicting interests. A direct outgrowth of those conflicts is undoubtedly gloating and mocking. And, hey - the Democrats NEVER gloat and mock. Ever.
