Two former CIA officials who fought in Benghazi on September 11, 2012, were asked to sign additional nondisclosure agreements (NDAs) more than six months after those attacks. The two officials, who will testify Thursday before a subcommittee of the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence, were presented the nondisclosure agreements during a memorial service in May at CIA headquarters in Langley, Virginia, honoring Tyrone Woods and Glen Doherty, two of the CIA-affiliated personnel who died during those attacks.
CIA officials have rejected persistent accusations that the Agency has sought to keep Benghazi survivors from sharing their stories. In a letter obtained by THE WEEKLY STANDARD earlier this fall, CIA director John Brennan categorically denied claims that the CIA discouraged its operatives or contractors from speaking out about their experiences.

Present the subcommittee of the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence with copies of the NDAs and see what they do.
Katherine Herridge just broke this minutes ago. She has a copy of the three page document. The five CIA employees said they found it disturbing that they were asked to sign this, as the NDAS they originally signed were still current. They felt this was a reminder to them that nothing regarding Benghazi was to be discussed under any circumstances.
The CIA covering Slick Willie’s wife’s @$$. Who would have ever thought that the CIA would be covering for a bunch of old 60s radical hippies.
The NDA’s do not apply to testimony before Congress
Congress cannot only force the testimony but can force disclosure of who specifically required signing the new NDA’s

Wow having to sign a non-disclosure agreement at a memorial service sort of takes away the solemnity of the occasion. They’re even CTOA there. Makes you wonder what security clearance level info of any real value would be imparted at that memorial service other than places, dates, and time for those KIA.

Yes. Survivors were made to sign them so the truth would not get out about Benghazi.
