Actually the Senate won’t blow it off. They have their own plan for this. Reid will throw out Upton’s bill and substitute the Senate version which the House will then be pressured to approve. All this does is pull the Dems’ butts out of the fire until after the elections. Why why why do we do these stupid things?
All this stuff will have to be debated. I don’t see anything happening before Nov. 30. Cruz may step in throw a stick in the spokes also.

If Boehner were smart (and he’s repeatedly demonstrated he isn’t), before ANY bill is even brought up that might save the dems’ bacon, he should force Reid to pass a budget.
Because his wife wants to go to the DC cocktail parties.
