Toronto's embattled mayor, Rob Ford, professed a zero-tolerance policy for drugs and gangs on Wednesday, but he also admitted he has bought illegal drugs in the past two years.
Speaking after Toronto City Council almost unanimously urged Ford to take a break from his duties, Ford said he could not change the past and would continue his efforts as mayor to save Toronto money.

Maybe they don’t make them that way in NJ, but I think that one would find such people south and west of you—LA, TN, NC, AR, and WV would be my top guesses.
And for that matter, this is Canada—we do drink up here. This is the first I had heard that he was drunk, but now that he mentions it, it does all make sense.

You have that right. We in Canada saw an exchange at the Toronto City Council sessions today. A Councillor Wang was most careful and particular as he questioned Mayor Ford. Had him answer each question (veiled accusation) one by one.
Doug Ford, the mayors brother and a member of council then took the floor. He asked Councillor Wang to the point.
"Have you ever smoked marijuana"?
An incredible scene took place when the chair person - a woman tried to rule Doug Ford out of order. He kept persisting and was talked down several times by the chair. Next, the announcement made that "the councillor's microphone was cut off".
We still do not know whether Wang would deny this, or fall for the main follow up question. This would be did you buy an illegal substance?. A liberal slanted poll hurriedly found that 76% Canadians draw a line between smoking the weed and crack cocaine. This could well have some merit but..... strange how a "nice" drug exists and also a "nasty" one exists. Especially when a conservative is a user.
He could come to America and be POTUS.
He smokes crack, so doesn't that make him an honorary black?
I kinda like Ford is giving his hypocritical enemies the F U by not stepping down.
