Congress is gearing up for a series of votes on measures that could upend the entire Obamacare scheme, as both the House and Senate now have bills that would allow Americans to keep their health insurance policies in the face of the Affordable Care Act, no matter what.

I got a letter about six weeks ago that my plan would be canceled as of Jan. 1. Like the insurance company (Blue Cross) is really going to cry mulligan and reinstate my plan!!??

And if there are people whose plans will be canceled, but they haven’t been notified yet, I will SCREAM bloody murder if they get to keep their plan, yet I’m not.

I signed new contracts this week that take effect on jan 1st. Does anyone in their right mind believe that 1) the insurance company will ignore what has already been signed, and 2) that a stupid bill can undo all of the fees taxes regulations and mandates that are now laid on the insurance companies??

Prohibit the Secretary of HHS from re-writing the regulations...because right now, that woman has a lot of latitude.
Does any of those bills, repeal all waivers and reclaim the right of Congress to grant waivers for any and all of DeathPanelCare?
