The Mormon church stands to own nearly 2 percent of Florida by completing a deal to buy most of the real estate of the St. Joe Co. for more than a half-billion dollars.

The megapurchase was announced jointly Thursday by a corporate representative of church, which owns the nearly 295,000-acre Deseret Ranches in Central Florida, and by the real-estate and timber business, which has built several communities along the Panhandle coast.

Actually, I find you worrisome. Almost like a stalker.

Of COURSE you do!

As you SHOULD!

I'll track down ANY person who posts in these threads things that I think/know are saying incorrect things.

Are you suggesting that I be muzzled?

Full Time Senior and Church-Service Opportunities

"Farmland Reserve is part of the multi-corporate, international agricultural management company charged with managing the Church's agricultural investments. These agricultural, Church-service missionary positions are needed to serve as building and maintenance specialists on our farms and ranches throughout the world. Missionaries will be primarily involved in maintenance of farm housing and facilities. Sisters can also serve in the local community and participate in humanitarian aid projects. These missions are typically full-time living away from home, but also include live at home opportunities. The length of service is optional, from 6 to 23 months depending on the assignment.

Building programs that do, long term, are conservative principles.

How's the Haitian recruitment going?

Given how many responses from FReepers who are tired of the constant anti Mormon threads on FR, perhaps it’s time for you little group to utilize your oft used barb of secrecy and start “silent running” again.

As I've stated before, we will stop posting truths about mormonism as soon as the 80,000 mormon missionaries stop beating down doors of Christians to tell them their faith is bogus.

Your "many responses" from FReepers are from a handful posting more than once and you should be aware that every one of these "responses" serves to bump the thread up for additional viewing. Thanks.

Exposing truth is the most insidious plot of the anti-mormon conspiracy. The masonik-moronik godz hate that truth stuff with a passion.

My daughter lives in a neighborhood of student houses. They are a great street for door-bangers. When the Jehovah’s Witnesses came by, I told her to hold up a cupcake and a cross. When the Mormons come by, I recommended holding up a rake.

Vast difference between the two groups.

My daughter grew up around Mormons and is an intern at her UMC “faith community” so she is off the list of potentials. Elders seem to make their quota on lapsed Christians who confuse Mormons with Moravians.

That's what the mormons would have the world believe! Good post.

If you have cable TV, there won’t be much on to watch.

If there isn’t much on to watch, you will answer your door whenever someone rings.

If you open your door, you will see mormons.

If you talk to mormons, they will trick you into “praying about whether something is true”.

If you rely on your feelings, you may become a mormon.

If you become a mormon, you will have to wear magic underwear!

If you wear magic underwear, people will immediately label you as a cultist.

DON’T be a cultist!
Get DirectTV.
