Impeach Barack Obama...again, and again, and again, and again.

Here's a list of events and instances that this President, President Barack Hussein Obama, has personally been involved in:

• Obama abjectly and knowingly lied about OBamaCare, misrepresenting it to Congress in order to get it passed, and lieing about it and its impact to the entire country time and again.
• Obama abjectly and knowingly lied about the Terrorist attack on the US Consulate in Benghazi to the entire country, and the world, covering up the death, at the hands of our enemies, of a US Ambassador, a US State Department employee and two US Navy SEALS.
• Obama has abjectly and brazingly violated the law on numerous occassions regarding ObamaCare, granting waivers, and suspensions to poitical allies and friends, where he has no authority to change the law.
• Obama has abjectly violated the law on numerous occassions, taking unconstituional authority to tell his own agencies to not enforce immigration laws, the Defense of Marriage Act, and others at his own discretion, which has not grounding in constituional law, or the seperation of powers.
• Obama used the IRS and other agencies of the Excutive Branch to intimidate and punish his political foes.
• Obama has ordered his National Security Agency to unconstitutionally collect, without specific court order for specific crimes, virtually every American's private communications, emails, phone calls, etc. in the name of gathering comprehensive data bases on American citizens.
• Obana has illegally wire tapped and threatened the free press through intimidation by law enforcement to silence them when they report negatively on activities his administration is involved in.
• Obama has stood by, protected, and used executive privelege to hide and cover up illegal gun running ito Drug Cartels in Mexicoby the BATF at the behest of the U.S. Justice Department and the Attorney General of the United States. These horrific acts have directly led to the deaths of several US law enforcement officers and hundreds of innocent Mexican citizens.

For EACH AND EVERY ONE OF THESE individual instances, Barack Obama should be impeached. It should be a different impeachement hearing and trial for each instance. Each of them are unconstitutional and illegal acts that he has not only conspired to accoomplish, but which he himself has been involved with.

I believe the House of Representatives should take an entire month, and on each working day of that month...up to 22 days...impeach Barack Obama 22 individual times on 22 seperate charges and force the Senate to vote on each and every one of them. He would be the onaly President impeached more than once in our history, and the shameful record would never be broken, and the embarassement and clear evidence of his failure as a President and his guilt as an internal enemy to this Republic, would be recorded for all to see throughout history.

If we had patriotic, constituoional leadership in the House, they would have been doing this all along.

NO, we could impeach him now in the House...and they should. Day after day, week after week. The Senate may not vote to convict, but he could most definitely be impeached. And he should be...many times over. Just keep them coming.

Job #1 is getting a majority in both houses of congress. Absent that in 2014, any attempt at impeachment is futile

Congress is a shell, an exclusive club of thieves and whoremasters.

They have abdicated virtually all of their reserved powers, either by delegation to the Executive Branch or by desuetude (not regulating the appellate jurisdiction of the Supreme Court).

There are not ten Republican Senators who would vote to remove Obama. "Getting a majority", if by that you mean a GOP majority, will not threaten a hair on Obama's head.

Disagree. When there's so many scandals to fry Zero over, it's better to draw those out rather than to waste energy doing something that can have no success with a RAT-controlled senate. Better to get indictments on everyone in his administration to demonstrate how corrupt RATs are. Even if he is removed from office, we get a$$clown Biden. Lose-Lose. It's the kind of action that gets RATs to stick together and fight back even if they know they're wrong- “He's an SOB, but at least he's our SOB.”

I disagree. it is the honorable and just thing to do...and could be done, and IMHO should be done. Better for the US Congress to Act in a capacity for the good of the nation, than for it to fight what is not even a holding action.

But we all are entitled to our opinions. I have simply voiced my own here. Create a thread about what you think should be done.

As a matter of principle I agree that he should be impeached, but future political victory is at stake with the implementation of a fundamentally poor strategy with no hope of achieving that goal.

The House has more than enough to Impeach him. They should get started on the right away.

But...

The only way any of those charges would make it past the Senate would be if half them were present while Obama beat Harry Reid to death with a 9 iron.

Even then, I’m betting the Congressional Black Caucus would still vote to acquit.
