4 On Your Side investigates traffic stop nightmare (Caution - Story about anal search)
Updated: 11/05/2013 5:27 PM By: Chris Ramirez, KOB Eyewitness News 4
This 4 On Your Side investigation looks into the actions of police officers and doctors in Southern New Mexico.
A review of medical records, police reports and a federal lawsuit show deputies with the Hidalgo County Sheriff's Office, police officers with the City of Deming and medical professionals at the Gila Regional Medical Center made some questionable decisions.
The incident began January 2, 2013 after David Eckert finished shopping at the Wal-Mart in Deming. According to a federal lawsuit, Eckert didn't make a complete stop at a stop sign coming out of the parking lot and was immediately stopped by law enforcement.
Eckert's attorney, Shannon Kennedy, said in an interview with KOB that after law enforcement asked him to step out of the vehicle, he appeared to be clenching his buttocks. Law enforcement thought that was probable cause to suspect that Eckert was hiding narcotics in his anal cavity. While officers detained Eckert, they secured a search warrant from a judge that allowed for an anal cavity search.
The lawsuit claims that Deming Police tried taking Eckert to an emergency room in Deming, but a doctor there refused to perform the anal cavity search citing it was "unethical."
But physicians at the Gila Regional Medical Center in Silver City agreed to perform the procedure and a few hours later, Eckert was admitted.

Anyway with Obamacare we are all going to be in for plenty of anal cavity searches, so get over it.......
This traffic stop brought to you by the letters WOD.
(Interesting / ber-r-r-y sk-e-e-ery reading)

I know that at least one person that will be in for such a search soon:
“While at Ronald Reagan Airport on Wednesday, Rep. Jim Sensenbrenner (R-Wisc.) was overheard talking on the phone. During his conversation, he told the person on the other end of the line that Michelle Obama has a big butt.”

The POS judge is to blame for this! Imagine if you have stomach indigestion, cramps for a delayed dump and a POS LEO sees you cramping-up, you can get hauled off to a hospital for a colonoscopy in this country !!!!!!!
And in another state:
UPDATE: Texas trooper being sued in Irving body cavity search case has been suspended
I think tightening one's core muscles would be a natural response to someone poking around their privates. Cops use this "clenching" excuse all the time to justify a canine search of the vehicle. If they don't find drugs they invariably say the dog alerted to the driver's seat, all in order to justify a stirp search of the driver.
Regarding a situation like this, when the perpetrators are government agents, if people are not willing or are afraid to take justice into their own hands, then justice will absolutely be denied.
These people need to be punished physically not just sued.
Got any cut and pastes? I don’t have an account on Skynet.

I’m actually shocked that the doctors agree to all that stuff.
The doctors who performed this at the Gila Regional Medical Center are in serious jeopardy of losing their licenses.
The ‘reason’ they all went along with it is in the article posted above.
I stopped driving a personal vehicle soon after 9/11...one positive side effect besides the healthful aspects of walking is that there`s less opportunity to interact with thugz in blue...
Still, I`ve been id`d run through the system and patted down on several occaisons for suspicious walking...any excuse for an Obama boy to fondle strange asscheeks will do...
