Leave it to MSNBC weekend anchor Alex Witt to continue marching forward, carrying the flag of ObamaCare as the rollout phase sputters along at a crawl. On Sunday’s Weekends with Alex Witt, the host often came across as a White House publicist, defending both the president and his health care law.
Witt began her show by interviewing Jonathan Gruber, one of the architects of both ObamaCare and Mitt Romney’s Massachusetts health care plan. After playing a brief compilation of President Obama insisting, “If you like your health care plan, you keep your health care plan,” Witt asked Gruber, “When you heard these words, did you know that what the president was saying may not present the whole picture, and does it matter?”

Does it matter that a president lies? Does it matter that a president lies about something so crucial as health care. To quote the smartest women in the world “what does it matter now”. I guess it doesn’t matter now, it is the law and we are stuck with it.

Since the only reason I ever catch a glimpse of MSNBC is that Comcast now controls my TV and won’t allow me to bleep them from my channel line-up, I don’t know the names of the pubescent twerps on that network. But, obviously, this one has never been to a church. Does lying matter? Yeah, honey. It matters.
Does it matter to the takers that Obama lied to the makers?
No.
Obamacare was passed without a single Republican vote against the will of the American people. Yes, it matters.
Just like the Clintons: the “truth” is a lie yet undiscovered. Shame on all the liars, and double shame on all who cheer them on.
The lie matters, of course. To the loyal MSNBC viewers the fact that their President may lie and get away with it means that the people to whom he is lying don’t matter. They hate us that much.

No, Alex, it doesn’t matter what lies a president tells. All that matters is that you follow him without question where ever he leads you. Dumbass!
Witt would have been right at home in Stalin’s Soviet Union.

And just like that, the media will fold and agree that our future non-Democrat President is an A-OK kind of guy.
