I would not be so sure. I was a poll watcher today and we had almost a 60% turnout in my precinct. The Dems were out in force.

Yes, Fairfax can do that....with a turnout of 41%, Cooch will lose Fairfax by over 100,000 votes and that is not including Arlington, Alexandria, Falls Church, etc.
