Thread for discussion of tonight's VA Gov Elecitons Result. Is this too early?
Even if McAwful eeks out a win, this will have scared them to the bone, and they will be spooked (can we say that?)
Fairfax holding back on purpose, this kind of thing happens every time somewhere.
85.4% reporting
46.8 C
46.4 TM
Yup absofreepinglutely.
Probably true but not a given. While the shutdown hurt the GOP, especially in VA, Obamacare outrage will also have died down a bit by then. The key will be for the GOP to constantly beat the Obamacare drum just like the Rats did with Iraq.
What about absentee if its close.
Good question. What about the military absentee votes?
But John King is an idiot. So ...
That result is bad for McAwful in Loundon. He should have won by 7.
What about absentee ballots? Are they already counted?
Obenshain can’t lose now. Not enough rat votes left.
Totally agree - Next election is all about Obamacare ...
“What about absentee ballots?”
Same thing I have been wondering.
Drudge’s BFF Matt Rhoades, who was Romney’s failed campaign manager, was in charge of opposition research for Cuccinelli. Drudge probably has the campaign’s exit polls and knows the truth about the results.
Fox News just called it for McAuliffe.
About 1/3 of precincts left to count in Fairfax.
It will be close.
I put my faith in a higher power than the cheaters on the left. Our God is an awesome God.
The way this is panning out is a huge surprise to the haters of the TEA party.
Two weeks ago KC was down by 12 points, now its a nailbiter..no matter what happens Dems should be VERY worried..if they do win its only because of Commie Northern Virginia and of course dead voters who always seem to vote Dem
“AAAGGGHHHHHH”
Yup.
I just looked at county by county and using my own patented voodoo, some things stand out:
- The state website is screwed up.
- Lot of rural areas that usually report early and go home are still out there. Numbers aren’t that big, though. Odd.
- Obenshain wins, Jackson loses. For governor this is gonna be close. Awful close.
Just damn.
oops if he were a betting man...
